This hotel is not a 5 star hotel
First off we paid for a bungalow with a garden view and we were in a terrace with a pool view ( not that I’m complaining about the view ). We went to the reception to ask about it and hopefully set it straight and they said this is a bungalow in Greece, however this is not the pictures I was shown nor is it a bungalow since we had people on either side of us and below us. We booked a bungalow to be secluded and alone.
Secondly, the food… claims to be an American style buffet yet there was no sausages, bacon , hashbrowns etc. what you would normally expect from an American style buffet. Lunch and dinner there’s no variety and very bland food however there’s no food for you if you have a picky child or are picky yourself, no chicken nuggets or burgers etc.
They don’t have any Coca Cola or any name brand soft drinks, which at a “five star “ you’d expect name brand soft drink and not cheap cola. No ketchup or mayonnaise. And yet they didn’t really have “Greek food” other than a salad.
If you want a drink by the pool you have to walk more than five minutes to get one as the bar by the pool was closed and looked abandoned. Which as you can imagine was very inconvenient and annoying.
In our room ( not sure about others) if we used the bath or shower the whole floor would get flooded , and the bath moved it wasn’t fixed into place.
However not the entire experience was horrible , the cleaners and staff were lovely and the cats walking around were adorable. It’s an okay hotel , definitely not 5 stars though.

My partner and I are in the middle of a week stay at the hotel and honestly I feel most people are slightly picky about things, I respect it's meant to be a 5 star hotel (probably closer to 4) but the hotel has clearly taken a hit during harder times ( similar to most hospitality and the issues Rhodes had not long ago on top of COVID) the view is amazing the staff are amazing, the food is good but we are not picky eaters and generally are easily pleased. The hire car is inexpensive unless you want to book a fancy car ( small hatchbacks for €30-45 per day, convertibles for €70 per day) only real downside we have experienced is that unfortunately our room is west facing so we are restricted for some sun and the area is well renowned for it's sea breeze but that's nature and unfortunately you can't change that.
Overall so far I am enjoying my stay and I'll likely continue to enjoy it for the rest of the week i am here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at All Senses Nautica Blue Resort & Spa, and I am excited to share my wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff were immediately apparent, with genuine smiles that instantly made me feel at home.
The resort's cleanliness was impeccable, showcasing their high standards across every aspect of the property. For those who enjoy a quick bite, the resort features several snack bars, each offering a delightful variety of options.
Dining at the Captain Restaurant was a particular joy. The menu's diversity and the freshness of each dish were impeccable. A memorable moment was meeting Michail, a member of the restaurant staff, who shared a heartfelt story from his life. He recounted how, against all odds, he survived past infancy thanks to his parents' prayers at St Michael’s Monastery in Symi. His survival led his parents to name him Michail, and now, at 63, his warmth and resilience shine brightly.
The swimming pools and spa were the epitome of luxury, providing perfect spots for relaxation and unwinding.
A highlight of my visit was the proximity of the resort to the sea—just 25 metres away. The view of the Turkish coastline was simply breathtaking and added a unique charm to my stay.
Special mention must be made of the food, particularly during the Greek Orthodox Easter Sunday. The chef barbecued two whole lambs by the seaside, taking the time to explain the traditions associated with Greek Orthodox Easter. This was not just a meal but a profound cultural experience, enhanced further when the head chef personally visited to chat about the cuisine.
If you plan to explore Rhodes Island further, I suggest renting a car. The rental costs are very reasonable and it’s a fantastic way to see more of the scenic surroundings at your own pace.
Overall, the dedication and attentiveness of the staff truly set this establishment apart, making it undoubtedly deserving of its 5-star rating. I highly recommend All Senses Nautica Blue Resort & Spa to anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious getaway.

Food was amazing, but room is definitely not 5 star I have seen better hotel rooms that are 3 star. Shower broke and leaking, bath aswell. Also overall the rooms need a good remodel as they look old and worn out. Location far from everywhere aswell, middle of no where.

Unfortunately I will not recommend this place.
Bungalows are dirty, in rooms stink of cigarettes when you first enter 🫣 they call them self 5 star 🌟 and Exclusive 🫣🫣 please see photos before you spend your money 💵
Cups, plates dirty, not much choice of food.
Only attractions was by the pool. No access to the beach 🫣 no music in the evening.
Evening bar was ok 👌 amazing serving by Jose and other guy, but this is all good about this place.
