5 stars all round for Hipotels Mediterraneo! Beautiful hotel, wonderful views, absolutely delicious food, in lovely peaceful resort with a beautiful beach (right in front of the hotel!). But above all was the excellent service from all the staff! My dad is a wheelchair user and they were so kind and attentive which was such a help and meant we could enjoy our holiday without any stress! A special mention must go to Bettina (guest services) and Manolo (at the pool) who went out of their way to assist us and make us comfortable during our stay, a big thank you to them! I would highly recommend this hotel, and hope to go back again next year!

Great hotel in a very tranquil area. Make sure to book a room with ocean views to wake up to the most beautiful sunrise. The hotel has a huge pool and also access to a beach that event though is not private, it really feels like it is. Great food selection on the buffet for both breakfast and dinner, and reasonably priced cocktails and drinks at the bar.

This Hotel exceeded my expectations!
Location is fantastic. Staff is extremely helpful, swimming pool is amazing. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean. The food was impeccable, delicious and gorgeously presented. All 10/10.
Will definitely return again!

End of June.. Nice hotel, full of older people. Rooms are nice, look like new, but only if you have a sea view. If you get room to the street, it's full of noise. Restaurant that serves buffet its huge, but with a little space between the tables, so you feel like you're having a food on the music concert. It's loud with so many people eating and talking. I'm totally disappointed with the fact that you have to pay for almost everything, especially for the sunbeds and umbrella on the beach- 35€ for a day! And all the sunbeds around the pool were of course full, every morning.. Also on the dinner they don't give you water for free, you have to buy the bottle - we had a half board option.

Everything about the Mediterraneo should, indeed, be 5* so why have I taken one star off? The dining experience falls way short of what I expect from a really good hotel. It is far too crowded and you are constantly fighting your way past people just to get to the serving sections in the buffet.
In addition, I never think it’s a good idea to have entire service areas within diner table areas where staff are constantly pushing trolleys in and out past people trying to eat their food. On many occasions the staff were having to ask people to shift their seat so they could get past with a trolley. Not good!
Everything else is ok as others have said and there is nightly entertainment but is such a poor dining experience enough to put me off coming back - yes, it is.
