We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the area. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view, and everything was well-maintained—not worn down at all. The food was fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety. The hotel has lots of friendly and attentive staff, ensuring great service. Room cleaning was excellent, and the swimming pools were spotless. It was also convenient to have a pharmacy on-site, along with a gift shop stocked with all the essentials. As a family of three with a 10-year-old, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel! Would definitely return!

It is a great big hotel with spa, big swimming pools, excellent views around, and great service. I was a bit unsure about it reading the reviews about the food in the restaurant. The food is really good. It has local Canaries and Spanish dishes. It tastes really good. The rooms are perfect and the entertainment is a bonus. The aqua dance pool is a bit too deep to be able to do the dance. We are enjoying our stay here.

This is a BIG hotel. I’d guess a thousand guests plus ! It is fastidiously clean, the rooms and all communal areas are very clean and very modern. The food is good we’ve really enjoyed it - it’s a canteen for 1000 people so anyone could nit pick, but no one will lose weight staying here !! The pools are nice and sun beds plentiful. Really nice hotel and staff. The beach is a 10 min stroll away and there are plenty of shops, and it’s around €13 for a taxi to either Maspalomas or the aqua land - highly recommend both. Beware being half board and assuming soft drinks are included - we had a €52 surprise bill on checking out for table water 😬 Overall we’ve loved staying here !

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families with toddlers. While it advertises as a family-friendly place, it’s really more suited for older kids. There’s no kiddie pool, and there aren’t many activities for little ones. The most uncomfortable part of our stay was a middle-aged man who kept showing up at the mini disco and seemed to be following my son. It made us very uneasy, and I feel like the hotel should do more to ensure a safe environment for children. The rooms were spacious, but they weren’t very clean—there was dust and dirt under the bed. The only highlight was the black entertainer—he was fantastic with the kids, full of energy, and really made an effort to create a fun atmosphere. Overall, our experience wasn’t great, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is really nice. Rooms and general hotel area kept to a high degree of cleanliness. Staff helpful and friendly. Only 2 things let it down. We stayed on a B&B basis so only had breakfast but found this could have been better. Some of the food in the hot buffet was cold/warm. The food containers were not replenished in a timely fashion. The other issue was the free bus into town. Considering the size of the hotel, there should have been multiple buses paid on and more frequent as we never got to use it due to sheer demand. Based on the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff helpfulness and friendliness I would still recommend

Excellent Service & Wonderful Atmosphere! We had an absolutely amazing experience at Abora Interclub Atlantic by Lopesan Hotels! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service that made our stay truly special. The staff was incredibly friendly, always helpful, and created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere throughout our holiday. One of our favorite moments was in the restaurant, where a fantastic waiter made the evening unforgettable. He played and joked with the kids, making them laugh and creating such a joyful atmosphere—it was without a doubt one of the highlights of our trip! We truly appreciate the exceptional service, the great ambiance, and all the wonderful memories we made here. A huge thank you to the entire team—we can’t wait to come back!

Much bigger than I thought, huge complex with lots of facilities, especially good for kids. Very clean, comfortable rooms, really friendly & helpful staff (special mention to Ali, who looked after us in the restaurant, advising on wine etc, nothing too much trouble!). No shops or bars or anything around it though & a bit of a trek to the beach (shortest route down 150 steep steps), bit longer by the road. Nice relaxing break, 27 degrees in Feb!

Been to this hotel twice now with my grandson July 2023 and just now December 2024. Absolute great effort made by all the entertainment staff full of enthusiasm and energy. Great family holiday and for a great experience I do recommend getting involved in the games and entertainment it’s great fun and laughter. They do cater for the quieter seen in the adults only part of the hotel. But hey who wants to be an adult when on holiday 🤣 The rooms are spacious and kept clean everyday, the buffet style dinning is your standard stuff! Not great but not bad either!

Just stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time, all the staff were very accommodating and friendly and were happy to help with anything. We particularly enjoyed the evening entertainment and daytime entertainment as all the animation team were wonderful and inclusive. There was one staff member who was in the restaurant and on the bar sometimes named Ali, who always made sure we felt welcome and had a pleasant stay so Thankyou to Ali for making our stay enjoyable. We loved our stay at the luxurious Retreat. Our check in went very smoothly. We were offered a drink and given a tour of the hotel and grounds on arrival which was very helpful. Our room was on the first floor with sea view. It was very modern, clean and well furnished with little touches like a beach bag to use for the pool and a mini bar replenished daily. The sunbeds on the balcony were a great addition. The Retreat area was fantastic with unlimited drinks and breakfast/snacks available until around 6pm. The ambience was very peaceful, and fruit kebabs, ice cream, water and cocktails were offered throughout the day. For dinner and in the evening we visited the many restaurants and enjoyed the entertainment in Ginger. High brand drinks were available on the all inclusive option which was another bonus

Fabulous hotel, infinity pool overlooking the sea. New and modern decor. Staff all friendly an helpful. Food was great quality especially the wok station but unfortunately buffet food was just warm and we like hot food! Great Italian on site though so delicious hot pizza. Nice walk along lengthy promenade with great views. San augustin nice little place

Great all inclusive resort feature everything you could think off. Location is great, private access to the beach 🏝️. Staff is brilliant, genuinely busy to help their customers have a great experience. Much recommended place to stay. Vegetations be mindful not an awful lot options but kitchen staff was helpful enough to create something for you

From the moment we got this hotel it was just excellent, the service the location, the room, the food and most importantly the drinks. All top branded drinks and they don’t scrimp on the measures. The staff can’t do enough for you they are all pleasant. I would like to especially mention Kevin who is the guest experience management who looked after us. I have visited many places and like to go and see new places but this one hotel I will definitely be going back too, I just have to lose the 2 stone I put on while I was there. During my recent stay at the Blue Bay resort I experienced a mix of positives and areas of improvement .The staff are very friendly attentive and welcoming .The rooms are maintained clean and have a beautiful view of the ocean but are in need of reservation they are clearly run down especially the bathrooms kitchen and jacuzzi .The pool area is maintained well however the drilling and digging all day long while trying to relax on holiday is un acceptable . Its clear the staff are doing their best but the facilities short comings hinder the over all experience ,and lastly the breakfast is very poor it lacks healthy choices and quality.

cannot say enough about this Hotel, it's location is superb, over looking the Ocean, rooms are spotless clean and has everything you need for an amazing holiday. The hotel itself has beautiful surroundings, Palm tress, great swimming pool for adults and also children. Jacuzzi, showers and lots of sun beds to choose from . If your looking for a relaxing holiday, Blue Bay Beach Club is definitely the place to stay. I have rebooked for the end of March this year......

Outside of the ”Hotel” looks amazing with a view to the ocean. When stepping into the room, you will be presented with a bunch of roaches, mould and moisture damage. Furniture from the 80’s. Sofa is dirty and full on cochroach poop. Room hasn’t probably seen a vacuum cleaner in ages. Not a 4 star hotel. Not even one. Had to change to another hotel on NEW YEARS EVE. A big thanks for the experience though, very stressful one.

Lovely big rooms, we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. The food was good most days with a good variety. Entertainment was not brilliant, but only one person doing it and he did his best. It's a 10 minute walk down to the shops and there aren't many. There are 3 restaurants on the square all very good

I love this place so much!!! My family and I have been coming here for 20+ years now and every time it is always a pleasure to stay at BlueBay. The staff are ALWAYS polite, pleasant and accommodating. The maids are lovely and so friendly. They are forever willing to go the extra mile, I love coming back to the room and it being all fresh and clean. The views are phenomenal. Some of the best sunsets I have seen in my life. Every room in this hotel has a sea view. The grounds are kept and maintained to a high standard and the ground staff are very friendly. The Bar serves amazing cocktails and the staff are welcoming, Especially Angel and Zuso, who have been there since I was a baby. This place really has such a sentimental value to me and my family. Please don’t ever change. So many memories have been made here and we always look forward to booking for the next year as soon as we get back. Thank you for everything each and every year! Hannah

Location: a perfect spot. The hotel is located between a public beach and a shopping centre, with bus stops about a hundred meters from the entrance. While it’s a quieter and less party-oriented area, you can catch a bus to virtually anywhere on the island. Or rent a car. If you are looking for a place to relax, soak up the sun and maybe do some sight-seeing, you’ll be satisfied. Staff: very friendly and helpful. They made me feel like a welcome guest. Rooms: clean, spacious and bright, with large balconies facing the ocean. Everything that should be working, worked. That being said, I’m not a fan of the bathroom being separated from the rest of the room by nothing than a pane of glass, hence 4 out of 5 stars. All in all, a very pleasant experience, would definitely visit again.

We enjoyed a very relaxing 5 days at this hotel. The location was just perfect and we loved the views from our balcony and the sun beds at the infinity pool. The food was of an excellent standard with plenty of choice and every night had a theme eg Asian, Italian, Valentines. The show chefs worked particularly hard but were always happy. The desserts were a delight every night. Oliver was always very welcoming and had excellent customer service. Every member of staff spoke to us and everyone seemed happy to be working there. Ramon we hope you appreciate that you have a fantastic team. We have travelled a lot since Covid and stayed in many hotels round the world but Don Gregory is in our top 2! We loved every minute and will hopefully return again next February. Many thanks to everyone for a fantastic break and much needed rest.

Attentive staff... Especially Andrew at animation and chipi in the restaurant... And the regular chambermaid for room #707, who's name I can't recall. Nice, spacious room with great view of the beach and sea. Very relaxed. Nothing felt like hassle. Always plenty of options at the buffet and always replenished - breakfast or dinner.

We spent 11 nights at Don Gregory by Dunas, and while it’s a 4-star hotel, it still could benefit from some renovations here and there, especially in the rooms. When we first arrived, we were a bit disappointed with the room we got. But the staff were super helpful, and they quickly upgraded us to a better room with an all-inclusive package, and that is why we’re giving it 5 stars. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, but Andrew really stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His positive attitude made a huge difference and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Thanks to Andrew and the whole team, we had an amazing stay, and we highly recommend this hotel!
