If you think, hmm, seems cheap, it is, and one gets what one pays for. The reception staff in the old building, where there is no restaurant, are fab. The receptionist in the other one, rude, sour faced, no smiles, just like the cafe staff, it isn't a restaurant, it's a self service rubbish buffet. Only hot food for breakfast is powdered scrambled egg, hard boiled eggs, stringy bacon and whole plum toms in sauce, from a tin, that's it. The evening meals are just as bad. I would give the dinner a miss, and only do breakfast for the free coffee. The rooms in both buildings are the same, very basic, and the building where the restaurant is, the rooms are done in white, not gloomy brown like the other building. Use this only as a base. It is by the panther bar, around the bay. Or, pay loads more, or, go to another country!!🤣

To the hotel manager.🎯 If you have a problem with a small number of seats in the hotel restaurant at 2 hotel buildings...then introduce a system of breakfasts in 3 hourly groups (7-8,,8-9,,9-10)...similarly for lunches and dinners. For passes or vouchers..This is a good system and smaller or no queues for the hotel restaurant! This system was in several hotels and it worked. Good luck!!🎉

I came for a solo holiday in September and despite the reviews I was pleasantly surprised! The staff were very friendly, the accommodation you couldn’t fault at all, they kept everything clean and tidy inside and out! Plenty of sun beds and outdoor seating, swimming pools were clean and looked after! The food was perfect every day I couldn’t fault the chefs, they made plenty of food and very friendly! For a small extra free I had a room in the newest hotel and it was lovely! Comfortable beds, working air con, room cleaning! The hotel was just on the sea front, Spar shop 2 minutes walk away, taxis and water taxis right outside the door! I would definitely stay at this hotel again! Thank you so much for restoring my faith in solo travelling!

Not much to say. 3 star hotel. Clean, comfortable. Food is decent and drinks are decent. Location is great. Holiday is what you make of it and there is honestly nothing wrong with this hotel for you pay for it. People saying the food is crap or the drinks are rubbish.... Sorry nothe food and drinks are perfect for the fact it's a 3 star hotel... If anything the drinks selection is fantastic considering it's a 3 star

Advertised as beachfront, there is no direct access to the beach from the hotel, it is a coastline rather than a usable beach. Staff rarely smile and although not unhelpful they have not taken any opportunity to be helpful. The views are great from the restaurant and we're staying in Mar Amantis 2 with no views so cannot honestly answer the views question. For families on October week break there is no evening entertainment for the young ones.

My wife and I had a great stay at your hotel earlier this month. Unfortunately for me I left my travel wallet with my passport and cash in the room safe when we left. The hotel staff have been absolutely fantastic in securing my wallet and staying in touch with me throughout the somewhat difficult process of having that item collected by a courier and returned to me safely on the mainland. I cannot understate how helpful the staff were and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in San Antonio, Ibiza

The hotel has obviously had a recent thorough renovation, everything is up to date and modern. Furthermore all the staff are really friendly and welcoming plus very efficient. The restaurant supplies a great selection of dishes at all mealtimes. The location is great, a few minutes walk from the waterfront but quiet and relaxing . Pool area has loungers for the sun lovers. Bedroom is modern and spacious with TV and tea making facilities and a super shower and toilet. Well done Invisa.

Had a great stay at the hotel as part of a group celebrating my sister's hen party. The hotel itself was lovely and clean, the rooms modern and the cleaning/maid service daily was great. The reception smells amazing! We found that the rooms were not at all noisy and despite the hotel being a real mix of some groups and couples. The 2 pools give you the opportunity to decide whether you prefer a livelier day or something a bit quieter. The staff were really attentive as was the food at the pool bar. Alfredo went above and beyond for our group, making great cocktails and tailoring to our taste, his hospitality was excellent. The prices at hotel bar were really reasonable too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the hotel surpassed expectations. It's ideally situated for walking to all attractions. Would definitely recommend and return.

On my first day here, I’ve already encountered several issues, the most significant being the poor housekeeping. I was initially given a lovely room, but upon entering, I discovered the previous guest’s dirty underwear and socks in the wardrobe, along with hair all over the table. It was clear that the cleaner hadn’t done a thorough job. The male receptionist on duty that evening helped me switch rooms. However, in the new room, I found hair in the kettle, which hadn’t been properly cleaned, so I had to request another one. Additionally, as I’m on a half-board basis, no one informed me, either verbally or in writing, that drinks are not included with dinner and must be paid for separately. A server offered to bring me a lemonade, but as I was leaving the dining hall, another staff member informed me I would be charged €3 for it. I wasn’t pleased, as I should have been informed beforehand so I could decide whether I wanted to purchase a drink. As I am still an active guest, I will update my experience over the rest of my stay. So far, I am not happy.

I have stayed twice in the hotel, in 2016 and 2024 (July) . The hotel is very clean the foyer is very fresh as you enter. The two hotel pools a more "vibe" pool and quiet pool is a good addition. The vibe pool from experience won't be the same as advertised in a more party hotel and having better Ibiza vibes music from 3 or 4 is an improvement as booking someone to play Elton John songs isn't quite it. The hotel staff on reception were friendly and issues in the past about any security guard weren't there to be seen, considering we were the latest ones playing music on balconies at 11pm. The breakfast selection was very good with a good fry , fruit, cold meats and pastry options. The coffee from machine was good; the cereals from boxes were ok (this could have been slightly better). In our 3 night stay although we were out late twice it wasn't too noisy. I think the soundproofing from the corridor could be slightly improved. The location was very good and useful for taxis to other clubs.

Possibly one of the most ridiculous/wild/AWFUL places I have ever experienced ! It's still (18 months later) like some weird fever dream. I cannot stress this enough, it's bad. *ants in the beds *half the staffing team were INSANE (psycho not funny) *sooo filthy *money stolen from locked room .... the list is endless 🤣🤣 we laugh about it now but I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy 🤣👀🫥🤣

We have just returned from a few nights at the hotel. I can’t really fault it. The reception staff were wonderful, the bar is well priced, the pool was lovely and although basic, the room we had was kept spotlessly clean. Sound from other rooms can travel through the vents in the bathrooms but if you make sure the door is closed then it’s not a problem. Breakfast was great with a good amount to choose from and the evening meals were excellent. We liked it so much that we extended our stay. Carla on reception was great and somehow remembered my name and room number if we ever needed anything. The location is perfect too. A really short walk to the port then go left to the beach or right to the town. We would return without any doubt.

By a country mile The Hotel Pacific Azuline is one of the best in San Antonio with a sister hotel equally as amazing in the bay, the Bergantin. Not only are the staff so friendly, helpful and can’t do enough for you, you’ll find the room spotless, regularly cleaned. The breakfast and half board option is great value for money, always a great selection on offer. You’re literally 5 mins walk to the main bus station which is handy for getting round to the beaches and buses to Ibiza town and you’re 5 mins walk into the town with very close access to the harbour and bars and restaurants. I’ve been going for years and it’s my preferred number one place to stay, I always feel rested and looked after ! You will too !!

Stayed here for 1 week, had a good experience, and the staff were helpful during our stay. Cleaned our room whenever needed which was a blessing. Very nice pool and outdoor area. Good breakfast buffet although more options during the week could've made it more interesting. Rooms were quiet although could hear the neighbours while in the bathroom.

Contrary to what many of the reviews report, we loved the hotel. It's not new anymore, it's true, but the reality is that we loved the pool, the hotel amenities in general, the breakfast and buffet dinner were fantastic and varied during the 5 days of our stay. Breakfast from 8am-10am and dinner 7:30pm-10pm. The room cleaning is not perfect, but it is reasonably good. On the last day, they let you shower in the late afternoon before heading to the airport (towel included). The staff in general are friendly. A special thank you to the kitchen staff for all the great meals. Therefore, the quality/price is good.

Great hotel. comfy beds. staff were incredibly nice and helpful, all spoke english. food was amazing. location is very good, right next to the beach. only problem is we came in the non tourist season so most places were shut. got our room upgraded for free from a 2 bed to a 3 bed apartment. would come back.

Stayed here for a week and from start to finish the staff were amazing, welcoming polite and even a good bit of spoken English. The rooms are really clean we stayed in a 3 bedroom self catering apartment and it was like a 3 bed flat easily sleep 6. There’s a decent sized pool and even a kids zone with arcade games. 5 min walk to the beach and a bus stop right outside. Overall a highly recommended hotel for a familly.

Noisy noisy noisy! We stayed in a 1 floor apartment and we could heard everything! Staff members shouting at 7:30 am, we could heard the showers from apartments above like it was in ours….id you are looking for a quiet place to stay, I would think it twice. I am spanish and this was waaaay too loud even for me. I guess we will not sleep as much as we would like for a week that we booked as others will decide with their noise at what time you should be up. Food was decent and location pretty good.

I recently stayed at Aquasol Aparthotel and found it to be a hotel worthy of recommendation. The hotel is very clean and the towels are changed daily, which makes the stay comfortable and hygienic. There are many entertainment options available, so there is always something to do. The 24-hour convenience store is a big plus, and the reception is open around the clock.The staff is very helpful, friendly, and professional. In particular, Ms. Leona was extremely supportive, solving every problem and answering all my questions. Overall, Aquasol Aparthotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay.

Arenal Volcano is a definite must-see while visiting Costa Rica. A very different landscape to the lush tropical forests and gorgeous beaches that Costa Rica are known for, but equally rich in diverse vegetation and wildlife nonetheless. We enjoyed hiking the various trails and learning about the history of the volcano, as well as the ecological importance of this area.

Arenal volcano is one of the most spectacular sights! We had stayed in the area and you can pretty much see his volcano from anywhere you are on the countryside. It has very gorgeous views from Wherever You Are at! It makes you really think of how bad the eruptions are when you are so close! We are so glad that we picked this area to travel to for a vacation, is not often you get to be this close to a volcano. We definitely recommend if you are coming to Costa Rica that you come here because there is so much to do here!

Disappointing commercial development. I felt like i was in Branson Missouri Good location for kids, highly americanized experiences. This is not a Costa Rican, rainforest adventure. It a mountain backdrop on consumerism and overpriced zip-lines and fake nature parks. Every 20 feet is a Frog sanctuary, Butterfly Gardens. All for a fee, none about conservation, learning, or care for the creatures.
