We recently got married locally and chose Viva Eden Lago for our stay, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions we made for our special day. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing short of amazing.
The level of care and kindness shown by the entire team was exceptional. They made us feel truly special by placing a beautiful bouquet in our room, and every member of our wedding party received a lovely flower in theirs as well. This thoughtful gesture made all of us feel incredibly welcome and added a personal touch that we'll never forget.
Our room was spotlessly clean and beautifully prepared. The attention to detail was impeccable, and we were always met with warm smiles and a willingness to help with any request, no matter how small. The staff couldn't do enough for us, making our stay stress-free and truly memorable.
Overall, Viva Eden Lago exceeded our expectations in every way. They made our wedding experience even more special, and we are so grateful for the exceptional service we received. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where you'll be treated with care, kindness, and genuine hospitality. We can't wait to return!

We have just stayed for a week in the apartment room with a lake view. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, here are our positives and a few small mentions of areas for improvement.
Positives:
-Helpful and friendly staff, especially the bar and dining staff, they are friendly, attentive and speedy.
- The hotel has a great demographic of guests, lots of different Europeans and families with babies & toddlers
- The rooms were great and the beds very comfortable and spacious
- Hotel location is very close to the beach, and it's a lovely beach
Small areas for improvement:
- The food variety for gluten free diets, particularly for breakfast and desserts in the evening (severe lack of options). They do have a space with empty gluten free boxes to display what's available, but you generally have to spend 10-15 minutes finding someone to provide you with these options and it's a pain.
- Large amount of mosquitoes in the dining room, but just generally in the end room close to the windows. Perhaps close the windows during meal times?
- Be advised that it can be a nightmare to get the public bus into town, especially during market day. The buses don't stop because they're full. The hotel has addressed this issue by providing a bus on Sunday to take you to & from Alcudia old town. Be advised to book this a few days in advance as it books up quickly. If you do want to take the public bus then try to get on it before 9am

Fantastic hotel but it's location let's it down. Nowhere near to eat so it's a good 15 to 30 minutes walk. We went self catering and whilst they provided a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave there was nothing to eat off or use to eat with. Think if you went self catering it may be better but didn't eat here so cannot say. Staff were fantastic. The pool is small but good enough for the people using it.

Stayed at the Eden Lago for 10 nights.
All the staff are very helpful and do their best for you.
Stayed as bed and breakfast, and glad we did. The buffet food was not brilliant, ok selection of dishes however quality and taste where not good. Last 3 days eat dinner at the buffet and disappointed each time. Different "specialist food" nights attempt to change the selection of food on offer. However, the dinners were never good. Do not recommend eating in the hotel.
The location of the hotel is a 5 minute walk for the beach. A brilliant beach as well. Restaurants and local bars are 35-50 minutes away by walking along the beach. Or local bus service can take you.
The rooms in the hotel are of ok standard, bed was not comfortable for me or my partner. Not supportive enough, believe it to have been a foam mattress. Pillows were terrible, very skinny and flat, hard with no support. Secondary pillows were used, and they were very soft again with no support. Housekeeping made the bed, etc, but did not appear to clean the floor, either with a brush or mop. Constantly dirty with sand, dust, or a slight sticky residue. We found ourselves sweeping the floors, especially the balcony area. This issue has happened to previous holidaymakers staying at this hotel, noted in other reviews.
Shower pressure was poor, especially if using warmer water.
No dish cloth provided for washing the dishes, but all other things provided.
Mosquitoes are in a lot of the hotel, marks on walls and glass from where staff or residents have squashed them.
Overall it is an ok hotel very expensive for the experience we received, views and location are good if u like the beach and walking. Rooms are liveable and air conditioned. Food is not great. Staff are very helpful

A decent and nice hotel, but I had a bit higher expectations.
On the positive side is that the staff in the reception was friendly and helpful. The hotel room was nice and a big plus was that the water pressure in the shower was really good and always had warm water. Nice pool area and a relatively short walk to the nice beach. The overall standard is really good.
We had no meals included and was a family of 4 with the kids in the sofa and extra bed.
We tried the dinner buffet once when there was the Mallorcan evening, but wasn't too impressed compared to the restaurants we visited the rest of the week. Also tried the lunch at the pool area once, but it was way too expensive compared to the quality of the food. So, for us it felt more worth eating at other places.
Pool area was calm prior lunch, but later on the day it was a bit hard to find a sun bed or even find a spot in the pool without getting some ball thrown in your head. A bit more relaxed environment down by the sea.
Had a room facing the pool, still nice views and unless you need to sleep prior 22:30 there's no problems with noice. We were lucky and got a room with shadow during the morning and partly shadow during the late afternoon, making it possible to actually sit outside seeing that it's not too windy on the balcony.
On the negative side:
• The bed was terribly hard, still have a back problem after sleeping in it.
• The pillows was the worst I've experienced, thin and hard as bedrock.
• A bit poor cleaning, always felt sand on the floor so had to broom it myself every day.
• The cleaning didn't include dish washing, and no sponge or brush was included.
• The balcony was really small and narrow and only fitted two chairs and a tiny table, which is kind of strange for a room fitting a family of 4.
