Fabulous apartments. A quiet area which we enjoyed but all restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Room and surrounding pool area spotlessly clean, room cleaned and towels changed a couple of times throughout our week stay. Full oven and hob if you wished to do a little cooking. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Met some lovely people staying there who are returnees, some a few times a year and many staying for up to 4 weeks. There is a small pool bar which is run by Nelly. He works very hard behind the bar serving a great selection of drinks, breakfasts and food up to around 7pm. We ate there on a few occasions, food and service was excellent. We would definitely recommend and hope to return as soon as we can.

Really enjoyed our stay here last week.
Apartments are clean and comfortable, nice pool area and again kept very clean, plenty of available sunbeds when we were there.
There's a great little pool bar for food and drinks during the day all reasonably priced and very good quality, bar is run by Nelly who works really hard to keep everyone fed and watered, he's a star.
All staff and cleaners are super friendly and work really hard to keep everything spotless, always smiling and say hello.
Approx 5 to 10 mins walk to the bars and restaurants in Matagorda so in a convenient location, we would stay here again.

Two words describe Apartamentos Villa Canaima "Absolutely Fabulous". The apartment and grounds were spotlessly clean. The reception staff were courteous and helpful. The cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. The barman in the poolside bar was great and the food and drink was very reasonably priced. The location of the apartments was ideal, away from the hustle and bustle but within a short walk of plenty of shops and restaurants.
The only negative I could mention is that the kitchen hob had only two rings so you may struggle to prepare a gourmet meal if thats what you're in to.

We have just returned from a lovely stay at Villa Canaima. The complex is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The room was spacious and extremely well equipped. The balcony overlooking the pool was fantastic. The lady at reception was so kind and even let us keep our room past the check out time, to save us having to store our luggage. Nelly provides a great service at the poolside bar, with excellent cocktails and great food. I would highly recommend Villa Canaima and we would definitely book here again when returning to Lanzarote.

Amazing find, super friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Perfect location , great food and drinks at Nellys snack bar 🍸, beautifully clean and maintained . Free luggage leave service for returning customers, lots of little extras Inc air con, shower gels,hand soaps,washing up liquid,filtered drinking water on tap, toilet rolls provided, towels changed every other day, rooms cleaned several times a week. Onsite laundry , library , lift , water available to buy from reception, beach towels available from reception with returnable deposit. Pool and sunloungers cleaned regularly... this place is a must if you can get booked in !!!!!
