We had a fantastic time at Hotel Tomir in Portals Nous. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. We really liked having a small kitchen, which was perfect for making a quick snack or a light dinner. The balcony views were beautiful, especially at sunset. The location is great—close to the beach and the Portals Nous marina, where you can find good restaurants and shops. There are also fun activities like water sports nearby. The food at the hotel was excellent, with a great breakfast buffet and delicious dinners.

This is a gorgeous hotel. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is delicious and varies every day. The restaurant food is delicious and the roof bar has a lovely atmosphere. I cannot fault anything about my stay and highly recommend staying there.

Absolute gem of a hotel. Spotlessly clean, very friendly, quick check in, great food, lovely bar, great amenities, and close location to the harbour. Amazing rooftop bar with stunning views. Rooms are quaint, cosy and not like your standard hotel rooms. Adults only which is a plus. Highly, highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon, it was our first visit to Mallorca and it could not have been better! I have stayed at many hotels and resorts but the service here was the best I have ever experienced. The staff and managers at the hotel made sure to get to know us and greet us every day, and were happy to make recommendations on where to visit and how to get around. It was also my birthday during our stay and they took extra measures to wish me a happy birthday on top of the special surprise they put in our room for our honeymoon. The location is perfect, super close to many restaurants and the beach, and a very short bus ride or drive to Palma. We were able to rent a car right at the hotel and drive to many scenic spots. The buffet breakfast was different every day and very good. We are already excited to come back and stay at Tomir Portals Suites again someday. Thank you for the great experience :)

STUNNING absolutely amazing hotel. Didn't want to leave. Loved the hotel 👌 strawberry Daiquiris 🍓 were delicious! Stunning view from our deluxe junior suite 💙 the room was amazing! Only issues we had was no kettle only coffee machine which made tea drinks taste like coffee but not end of the world. The bathroom sink was slow to drain but who cares with views that we had! Honestly, it was a fantastic luxurious room, slippers and robes, plenty of towels. Everything was perfect... dual balconies. Pool closed at 7pm, sunloungers were claimed as early as 5/6am 😄 but meh! We were having such a fab time! Food was lovely! Staff were superb very friendly and always happy to help.
