We’ve just come back from a 4 night break staying at Sa Coma Platja and we couldn’t fault our stay at all.
As advertised, the hotel was right on the sea front with a fantastic location. Almost all rooms are sea view, with ours being a junior suite, which was incredibly spacious and clean. Our room was also cleaned to a high standard every day during our stay.
The staff were particularly friendly and welcoming, and we wanted to particularly mention Alba and Mila on reception who were really helpful when we needed help and recommendations during our stay, and to Claire, one of the in-house bartenders who was really lovely and chatty with us.
There is much more included than advertised, such as included use of their own separate Mexican restaurant if paying half board/ all inclusive, evening entertainment, private sun deck and direct access to the beach from the hotel pool.
The pictures don’t do it justice and we were really impressed with the presentation of the whole hotel and it’s facilities.
We’d love to stay here again in the future!

There an obviously number of considerations when booking a hotel dependent upon where and when you are going. However, if it involves sun, a beach, sea, good accommodation, good food and, particularly, great service from the staff then the THB Sa Coma Platja exceeds all of these needs.
To some people, the idea of going to the same hotel for five years every September would be ridiculous but for us it means an easy, late season, break knowing exactly how well we will be treated. And usually, after a busy year, that’s just what we need.
We’ve travelled extensively throughout the Americas, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and even Russia and have stayed in some remarkably excellent hotels along the way but the hotel we’ve returned to time after time is the THB Sa Coma.
It’s nothing like the “luxury” of the hotels we have had in Dubai but, unlike Dubai, the overriding factor, above all, is the friendliness of the staff who are always smiling, always ready to help and are exactly what every person in the hospitality sector should be. They are an absolute credit to the THB group.
Would we recommend the THB Sa Coma? Of course we would and, more than likely, we will be back.
Finally, I noticed some 1* reviews on Google concerning an allegation of money going missing and I think it is ridiculous. You should completely ignore those reviews as every room is fitted with a safe so it makes no sense to leave money lying about. I get the impression that sometimes nowadays people just like to invent stuff so that they stand out from everyone else.

Loved our stay at Sa Coma! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious and the views from the balcony were incredible. It was like waking up in the sea.
Our kids loved being able to go from the beach to the pool so easily. We enjoyed that we could walk around and always find something fun to do, but it never felt too crowded or too noisy. It’s perfect for families with little kids. Ours couldn’t get over the breakfast buffet! So yummy!

Stayed here with the family for a week: the location is great as it’s right on the beautiful beach, the rooms are tired but spacious. However, the service is not ok at all, especially at the restaurant. It seems like the personnel is really making an effort for you to finish your meal and leave asap. In general, I’d rate this hotel as a good 3-star one, not a 4-star…

Spain and Mallorca are beautiful, with amazing local food and the warmth and friendliness of the Spanish people made our trip almost perfect. But this hotel completely ruined it with an experience that was downright disgusting.
To start, the front desk staff was rude. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the swimming pool, was far below expectations. What shocked us the most was that on our last day, the cash in our room were missing, our friends and we had booked two rooms in total and all of our money were missing! We had double-checked that everything and our cash was there before heading out, but when we returned from swimming to pick up our luggage, we found the cleaning staff standing near our room door, which felt suspicious. After discovering the cash were gone, we reported it to the front desk. But their response was disappointing—no solutions, no help, not even basic sympathy. It felt like this hotel sees guests as nothing more than "cash cows" to be exploited without any moral boundaries.
As tourists, we know the money are lost, and we’re not going to waste our time and energy trying to get them back. After all, we can always earn more through hard work. But those who survive by stealing, and those who harbor thieves, their way of life is like that of parasites—shameful. This is a failure of the management of the hotel.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel! If you want to have an enjoyable vacation, make sure to avoid this place at all costs.
