I do not recommend this hotel !!! The service in this hotel is hopeless. If you speak English and not Spanish, you will be served second. It happened more than once that the service did not want to serve us in the restaurant and we had to wait a really long time and it is not a problem to leave a tip because every time we left tips and were smiling, despite this, the service made a big problem to serve us. Once during dinner in a Mexican restaurant we were not even served drinks with dinner despite asking three times and reminding that we ordered drinks. The service in the buffet is a complete misunderstanding, during breakfast every day we had no cutlery on the table, we had no water on the table, we had to go after the waiters and ask for cutlery and ask for water for coffee, a really bad experience that I definitely do not recommend. The cleaning service did not do their job exactly, it was always dirty in the room, they never left us fresh water in bottles. Bottled water could only be taken from the cafe and it was not always available there so it was a big problem for us because we had a small child with us who did not drink the water served by the waiters we needed bottled water and very often there was none we simply had to go to the reception to report problems and ask for water. The food was average sometimes dinners were quite tasty but there was a lot of old and not fresh food meat and fish were almost always undercooked so you really had to be careful. My partner and I had food poisoning and friends who came with us also came back with food poisoning and had exactly the same experience with the service as us. We had ants in our room three times after reporting it to the reception a man came and sprayed the room the ants disappeared but the smell in the room stayed for two or three days and it was not comfortable. On the good side of this This is definitely a beautiful beach however you have to have water shoes with you because entering the water is very rocky and dangerous. Another cool thing is the Entertainment and the group that is responsible for it, very nice people, very positive, smiling and a really big plus for this team. We also used various trips, we sailed to the island, sauna, Catalina Island and it was a nice experience. However, despite all this, I would definitely not return to this hotel because of the service and I would definitely choose another hotel.

Very good resort. Always lots of workers cleaning. Beach water was a bit rocky but long beautiful beach. Nice big pool lots going on. Lots of places to eat. Never went hungry. Bar staff were great. And friendly. You might have had to wait a minute for a drink. Remember your on holidays. Great kids area lots for them to do.

I will get straight to the point. My experience wasn’t the best. The service slightly average. Teenager ran the place and no one cared. My friends neighbor played music all night when we signed a paper stating we wouldn’t. It was reported and nothing was done. I cut both my feet on the beach. Will I return probably not. The room was beautiful and the view was nice with the swim up pool.

We spent a week here and this is our review:
1. Food is horrible. We had a hard time finding anything edible. Even simple things like pork chops and chicken. Everything was overcooked, over salted or simply lacked flavour. It was really mind boggling because everything is made from scratch (like pizzas are cooked are there, but they are just not tasting good. Only the things made in front of you were edible (omelettes, pasta, fried fish).
2. DANGEROUS to enter the water. I fell in with my baby trying to get in. Why don't they get rid of these massive rocks??? It's such a beautiful beach, but so dangerous to get into the water. Had to go get water shoes. They have 3 stores on the resort and all of them didn't carry the most common sizes. Only 45-46 and 36-37. Is this a joke? You know you have this extremely shitty entrance to the water and you can't stick up water shoes??? We had to go to the city to buy shoes. Even with the shoes, it was so uneven that my mom was scared to go in.
3. Service is soooo bad. Travelling with the baby I don't have the time to wait for 10 minutes for someone to bring me a glass of water. ZERO sense of urgency. We had an issue with our safe. I called the front desk. Nobody picks up for hours. I decided to go to the lobby. Someone called to inquire how is our stay, so I asked for someone to help us with the safe. She said okay, 5 min. I asked her if it's for sure 5min because I'm about to put my baby to bed and she said yes yes 5 min. I delayed putting her to bed by an hour. NOBODY showed up. Call reception - no answer. Next day I go and ask for help again, they say 20 min. I rush back to the room, nobody comes. Call the reception and thankfully they picked up to say they're coming (1 hour later).
4. Water park for kids was awesome as well as the playground.
Our rating is 3/10. We definitely won't be back!

This is the worst vacation that could have been. The beach looks beautiful, but when you go into the water, you step on the stones. It is impossible to go into the water without shoes. It is simply terrible. People walk slowly so as not to get hurt. There is nothing to do with small children on the beach at all. The food at the resort caused stomach upset. And not only us. Everyone we asked had the same thing. The toilets on the beach did not flush for several hours at all. Also, the water in the rooms was also gone. Good shows in the evening. Good cafe with delicious coffee. But your health is undermined. Imagine that in the corridors and bathrooms they put laminate on top of the tiles. Shock! The water gives off an unpleasant smell. In our room, the balcony was painted when we were on the beach, and my son was in the room. The smell of paint! Nothing, relax. I do not advise anyone to go here. Under no circumstances. Just not here!!!
