Really enjoyed our visit to Stella village. The reception staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The rooms were small but very clean and possibly the comfiest bed I've slept on abroad. We travel as a family of three so prefer when the room has a separate area for child to sleep but that's just a preference. The facilities were great, particularly the waterpark. There was plenty of choice of food and all was nice but nothing was overly exciting to eat.
Nice quiet location and easy to get to nearby towns for livelier night life.

We recently had the pleasure of returning for our second stay, and it was every bit as delightful as we remembered! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality truly set this hotel apart.
Again we could not fault the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner there is plenty to choose from and if you would like a change they also have 4 onsite restaurants that are also included in your all inclusive package.
Our room was just as we remembered – spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. It offered the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The pool areas were a highlight once again. They were well-maintained and provided a relaxing oasis. We loved lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying refreshing drinks from the bar.
Overall, our second visit was a fantastic experience. We can't wait to come back for a third time! Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable!

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. Our children enjoyed all aspects of this hotel, including the water park, kids club entertainment and facilities.
The Poseidon restaurant had a huge selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were lucky enough to dine at the Al La carte restaurants during our stay and the food was amazing. This hotel was the most memorable experience during our 5 week holiday and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic holiday with the family and 2 yr old grand daughter. Great hotel, superb staff, high quality and tasty food in 5 restaurants and the choice of different dishes every meal time in the main rearaurant was fantastic. Water park great but also had plenty of other pools and beds to vary your stay. Only downside if you wanted to travel outside you would need transport to get to other towns or villages, but did not need to leave. Great all inclusive drinks too. Would definitely go back.

We ve been there end of August with our kids 12 and 10 years old. The epitome of “all inclusive accommodation! Great food, great alcohol cocktails, great desserts! The kids and ourselves had lots of fun in the water park which it is quite big with lots of slides for a hotel. We had our massage in the Spa and spent some time in the outdoor gym (to lose the calories we got within the day 😃). For sure we will be back to the amazing Crete and to the amazing Stella palace.
