We were impressed by the beautiful hotel grounds – a truly stunning and well-maintained setting that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent throughout our stay, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention to Bader, who stood out with his warmth and helpfulness.
The rooms were nice and appeared to be recently renovated, but they didn’t quite meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. A more comfortable king-sized bed and more upscale furniture would have elevated the experience. Small details also detracted from the overall feel – the open tissue boxes and water boiler felt cheap, and the complimentary coffee and tea selection consisted of supermarket bags, which felt out of place in a luxury setting (why not offer a Nespresso machine)
We also weren’t fans of the open bathroom layout, which felt more like a budget open kitchen concept than a premium design. There was only a single towel hook, one wash basin, and generally a lack of functionality and elegance you’d expect in a 5 star hotel.
Another drawback was the lack of on-site shop with a selection of snacks. The hotel is quite isolated, with no nearby stores, which made it inconvenient at times.
Lastly, we were let down by the room allocation. Our first room had a limited sea view, and while we were moved to a better one, it was on a different floor from our teenage children – not ideal for a family stay.

Wonderful stay, reception, welcoming team, pool staff, bar and pool bar team all outstanding and couldn’t be more helpful.
The breakfast chefs were amazing and were happy to accommodate any requests. Front of house breakfast team and tables need improvements and after issues three days in a row I raised this and it was addressed.
Good location, just a 20 min walk to restaurants and bars.
The evenings maybe lacked a little atmosphere like a larger area with music and drinks but wasn’t a deal break for us.
All in all it was a very clean and safe hotel, we would recommend.

Lovely hotel and I would thoroughly recommend. Oumaima was so lovely and welcoming every morning at breakfast, which had a large variety of foods for everyone. Always got our coffees, cleared our plates and never failed to put a smile on our faces. All the staff working at the hotel were so attentive and made our trip better than we could’ve ever imagined. Their knowledge of the area that they were able to provide, and their interest in getting to know us, and doing everything they can to make our stay incredible is really something that can’t be put into words. I will definitely be returning again!!

If there was a 6 star handout, this resort is that good. Traveled with our little one off season, and the experience was above and beyond from start to finish. You can feel that the management and staff truly cares about the experience and that there’s a red thread and integrity in everything they do.
Mr. Salerno’s food and beverage experience was stellar, lots of cuisine options not to be bored, all equally crafted and tended to. The staff (at the restaurants in particular) are so well trained that every meal was a pleasure and always had the little extra.
This is a resort that has it all. No need to leave the property unless you want to, really. Rooms are quiet, spacious and with great views. The facilities at the resort itself are top, from the spa to the beach and beyond. Lots of activities from surf to horses and camels and astonishing views. The light the fire pits down at the beach bar towards sunset and it’s 👌🏽
This is a place we will be coming back to with our children many times over, and a place where you feel at ease with your children. Thank you 🙏
Until our next visit ❤️

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. The garden, beach and the hotel surroundings are beautiful. We booked the garden view room and we were assigned a room on the first floor looking at the back of the hotel towards the desert. We spoke to reception about it and showed the photos of the garden view room on booking and hotels.com to explain why we were disappointed with the room. They eventually moved us to an actual garden view room after our second night. The staff are usually very friendly and helpful but we had some interactions with staff who made us feel like they did not care at all about our experience. The prices of food and drinks are super expensive and not worth it. The spa is extremely dated and they charge for ALL spa facilities even the heated pool and steam room and they don’t even have the most basic stuff like a sauna which is shocking for a spa hotel. The spa treatments are as expensive as 5 star hotels in London. Our overall experience was good but they need real improvements because it definitely does not feel like a luxury 5 star hotel.
