We visited at the end of November when it was still lovely and hot… but the hotel was so quiet! It was great. Two pools and the spa mostly to ourselves, and I beat my other half at table tennis lots. (Apologies to anyone who heard his disgruntled losing noises). We got room service and ate breakfast out on the balcony and I think I probably put on weight. The pastries were worth it though.
This hotel had so many places to sit. Sofas to suit everyone. You could sit on a different chair in the communal areas every five minutes and still have more chairs to sit in by the end of the week. Perfect for chair lovers (and people who want a quiet read) alike.

A beautiful hotel in a great location.
Unfortunately, there's a disconnect between intentions and execution at the hotel.
Check-in asks you to sit and have tea while you wait. We sat down, but no tea arrived. And, frankly, it took too long for the key to arrive.
A clearly stated option to bypass this would be better.
Breakfast was also muddled. It's a buffet, but if you want coffee or any drink not at the buffet, you'll need to track someone down.
Funnily enough, when I brought up these items at reception in a friendly manner, they didn't seem to have any mechanism to deal with them.
If I were running the hotel and a guest had some critical feedback, I would be keen to make note.

The location and rooms are amazing! But this is extremely poor value for money. The people at reception and those leading customer service lack basic understanding of customer satisfaction, needs-based service and creating long term loyalty. Other customers also noted this. The service let everything down very badly. And it is only for this reason we will choose another hotel.
We were a British group of 24 and booked in advance. They took approx 3 hours for check in time for us to actually get the rooms! This is despite booking a few days earlier. It messed up all our plans like spending time at the beach. We were also exhausted due to travel and the hotel compounded this by making us wait 3 hours after check in time! The customer service lady was even worse. She didn't seem to comprehend how plans are affected or that we're exhausted. She gave us extra 3 hours and thought this is fair. Her communication was poor to non existent. I have WhatsApp message to show this.
The other issue was despite elderly parents including three families with small kids, they gave us rooms that required lots of walking. It seems the design of the hotel is not great offering no lifts unless you walk all the way round.
Oh and they don't allow outside food. Other 5 star hotels like Hilton have no issues with food delivery and even help deliver it to your room. This place is not even one star when it comes to the reception staff، customer service and management.
Very disappointing experience.
Recommendation: replace your customer service team and especially managers as well as those at reception. No amount of training will change their attitude.

Ok, but not a five star experience.
Positive: nice lobby, good location, access to the beach and close to a nice surfing school
Negative: the room was advertised with a partial ocean view - there was no view at all. It was pretty pricey, compared to the other hotels in Morocco we stayed in it was underwhelming. The staff was sometimes very nice (during breakfast), but sometimes we needed to wait for ages for something we ordered. The food in the restaurant by the beach was unfortunately not good, we were surprised - also quite expensive for what it was. The wait at the check in was quite long as well.

I bought two day passes for myself over separate days during a trip to Agadir. Such a lovely hotel. Pass included pool access, 2 drinks and 3 course lunch. And at 600MAD per pass (approx £47) | thought this was incredibly good value. If I come back to Agadir I will definitely stay at this hotel. I can’t comment on staying here but from what I saw it was just a stunning hotel.
