Great trip, staff are helpful, rooms are lovely and cleaned every day.
Food options are plentiful even for the pickiest of eaters.
I did feel however that some guests had special treatment. My partner and I don't drink alcohol so while people were getting their dinner wine topped up, we had to get our own drinks. Likewise with some guests getting staff come to their table asking if they need or want anything, we felt a bit like "lower class" sometimes.
One day it was very cold and windy and we had been on an excursion in the morning. We got back about 2.45pm so lunch had stopped serving. We went to the snack bar to find that was closed too. Dinner doesn't start until 7pm. I think it would be better for dinner to start a bit earlier or lunch too confine a bit later. There is a bigger gap between those.
Location was good. Quiet. About an hour walk to taghazout along the promenade.
Gym is good but could benefit from more variety of dumbbells and upgrading (or at least oiling) some of the machines

Absolutely loved it. Everything was great all the way through. From arrival to the moment of leaving the country, the stay there has been smooth. All the staff member were cheerful, friendly, polite. A show we watched on evening entertainment was also very good. I had Pina coladas 5 days straight and genuinely enjoyed myself during the stay. We're definitely going back.

Finishing up an amazing week here at White Beach. Absolutely perfect relaxing holiday. Hotel is spotless grounds are vast and well kept and the view over the ocean is stunning.
We had a swim up room-absolutely beautiful so relaxing.
Cannot fault this hotel in any way. Food has been fantastic every day we've had flavourful meals in beautiful surroundings.
Staff are impeccable so friendly and accommodating.
Some special shout outs include Jamal Jiji and the animation team-these guys work their socks off to provide entertainment and are so engaging with guests.
Mufasa and the staff in Sachi bar-awesome service and engagement with guests.
Mohammed and the staff in Azha a la carte restaurant providing us with an amazing Moroccan dining experience.
Ayoub in the sports cafe for the lovely drinks and service.
Eunice and the bakery team for keeping me in beautiful pastries and coffee for the week, always with a smile.
Ashmil(I hope I have this right!) The towel guy-a legend, so smiley and engaging.
The chefs in both Alfredo and Cullina-chatty engaging and wonderful.
Jamal and the Porter team-thank you for handling our luggage on arrival and departure and for being so lovely.
Oumaima and the housekeeping team-thank you for the great service and those little extras they did not go unnoticed.

Excellent stay at an amazing hotel. This was our second stay and I can honestly say that our experience here was truly wonderful.
The animation team work very hard and the show that they performed on New year's eve was exceptional. The food was outstanding . A shout out to jihane who chatted to us every day during our stay. We will definitely be returning.

Fantastic, clean, perfect hotel. Loved everything about it. The food is really good, the staff work hard including the animation team, the surroundings are clean and well maintained. Rooms are large and comfortable with free mini bar (robes would be a small improvement). Shower pressure is so strong! The beach is beautiful. This hotel is probably one of the best we've stayed in. We would definitely come back
