Puerto Rico is my go to holiday destination and Terrazamar is a fantastic hotel. I recommend a room with a jacuzzi, it's worth it! The hotel also contains two pools, a convenience store with everything you'd need, and a bakery next door that sells fresh baguettes and baked goods. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and to top it off this hotel is a literal 3 minute walk from The Mall and Commercial centre.
The smoking/non-smoking policy around the pools needs clarification as there are no signs around the main pools themselves, but is apparently non-smoking which I do not see on the hotel description.

We've stayed here several times now and the hotel is more than satisfactory. We always opt for a room with a terrace jet pool and these are honestly a life saver in the hot weather. Rooms are clean with all the amenities you need, and most importantly, AC in the bedroom. Very close to the commercial centre which makes day trips and nights out a piece of cake. Will definitely be looking to stay here again on future visits.

Generally, very good service and everything you need within the resort. Obviously, you will pay a little extra for the convenience of the small store and bar/cafe being within the hotel, but no complaints from us. There were 2 downfalls for us; the first was that the terraces/balconies were not very private at all. We found it just a little weird, being on the ground floor of the sun suite, that our neighbours could just walk into our terrace if they pleased. The second was that the rooms are generally not in the best condition, a lot of patch ups, and just looks and feels a bit dated. Overall we would return though as the staff were friendly and helpful, and maid service was very good!

Lovely hotel in a great location, with easy access to the shopping centre and mogan mall. Rooms were very nice and spacious very large balcony, some times got smell of drains from the bathroom but it wouldn’t put me off as the apartments were excellent. The pool area was nice and we all ways managed to get a sun bed whatever time we went there.They done a special offer on the breakfast if you payed for your whole stay in advance, 5 euros per day and it was really nice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend

Unfortunately the room we were in which is there most expensive was not good, Only difference between this and the cheapest was on a higher floor, bigger balcony. Had ants in the room constantly, reported 4 times, and nothing was done. Large towels were never replaced. Either was the small dish cloth in 2 weeks. The pool was ok, the location was good, but i won't be using again.
