Nice holidays!!!The workers were exceptional and very friendly. It remains to be said that Claudia treated us very well and was very nice and beautiful. We were also lucky to meet the gardener and see that he was a super hard-working and very friendly person. The facilities are very nice. We also liked the pools a lot. Even the lifeguards Carmelo and Enrique were very friendly and helped us by setting up the sun loungers and parasols. without a doubt I will return next year

We had a really nice stay here with our toddler. It is a genuinely family friendly hotel with two swimming pools for kids, which our little girl loved, as well as a decent size adult pool. Our apartment was super spacious and comfortable and everything was very clean. There is a gorgeous beach literally 2 minutes walk away and another very beautiful one about 10 minutes walk away. It does get busy, because it’s a busy area, but our little toddler gets up very early so we would just head to the beach first thing for a couple of hours and it would be really quiet and just stunning, and the local supermarket has a lovely bakery with fresh croissants every morning. Would definitely come back and would recommend!!

We really appreciated your service 🤗 the hotel in general is really beautiful, well taken care of and super clean. We also tried the spa that is very calm, fresh and super relaxing 😶‍🌫️ we will be back for sure!

Absolutely brilliant hotel… Currently still here. Was initially worried by reviews mentioning lack of sunbeds by the pool, however, we haven’t experienced this problem yet. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are modern and huge (we have a 1 bedroom basic apartment) Bed is comfier than our own at home and are a super king size (one bed not 2 pushed together) great location, only 3-4 mins walk to the square. Beach is even closer! Haven’t found a single fault yet.

"A Disappointing Experience: Theft and Service Deficiencies" Our stay at this hotel was a frustrating experience from the very start. First of all, finding the hotel and the reception was a real challenge. The signage is nearly non-existent, making arrival after a long journey much more exhausting than necessary. As for the facilities, the hotel consists of several buildings, but none of them have elevators. If, like us, you have to climb numerous stairs with luggage after a long trip, arriving becomes a real nightmare. Another major concern was the complete lack of supervision in the luggage storage area. Anyone could access and take any suitcase without being monitored, which made us feel that our belongings were not safe. The hotel’s restaurant is located in another building, which means you have to go outside to get there. If it rains, as it did during our stay, you end up soaked just trying to have breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, while there was some variety, it was always the same. After a few days, it became monotonous and repetitive, something you don’t expect from a hotel in this category. The hotel pool was another major letdown. Despite signs prohibiting the reservation of sun loungers with towels, we never saw anyone enforcing this rule, making it impossible to find a free lounger, even after trying several times throughout the day. Parking is also a significant issue. Although the hotel claims to have parking areas for guests, these are very limited, and we often found ourselves without a place to park. The cleaning service left much to be desired. The beds were poorly made, they didn’t leave enough towels for the number of people in the room, and they didn’t refill the soap dispensers. To top it off, room cleaning was done very late, with it being as late as 4:00 PM, and our room was still not cleaned. But the worst part of all was that we had money stolen from our room. The money disappeared from a purse that was stored inside a wardrobe. We spent an entire morning at the Civil Guard station, and the hotel refused to take any responsibility, claiming that it wasn't in the safe. This incident completely ruined our vacation, and the hotel’s lack of empathy and accountability was alarming, especially knowing that the only people who entered the room were us and the cleaning staff. The hotel director assured us that he would contact us regarding the insurance decision, but two months after our stay, we are still waiting for a response. In short, I would not recommend this hotel. The service deficiencies and lack of security made our stay a huge disappointment.
