AVOID, AVOID, AVOID‼️‼️‼️‼️ Myself and my friend booked a weeks stay and on arrival were given a room in a completely different building that is not shown on any of the photos on Love Holidays when booking. After arguing that we had booked and paid for one of the apartments shown on the Love Holiday website we were told that normally the option is given for a pool view which we weren’t given! And that all of those rooms had been booked or were in the process of being redecorated so we were given a room in the other building. We were told by the manager to find our room ourselves as they did not want to show us to prevent them from getting caught in the rain. This other building was awful looking on the outside, no lift for our 25kg case and the stairs were so slippy when it was raining. The room was modern but was not clean at all. Dirty sheets, holy curtains, holes in the ceiling, the drains were blocked and they smelled awful which made the whole apartment smell! The first night I used one of the plug sockets in the kitchen and was zapped by the plug socket which left the whole place in darkness, I had to ask the manager to turn the power back on and they advised us not to use the plugs in the kitchen. We woke the following morning to an ANT infestation in the bedroom, these ants were everywhere - bed, bedside table, curtains, floor, all over our things. After moving all of our things we headed to reception and spoke with the manager and was told it would be “ cleaned “ After arguing for another room we were moved to a room upstairs which had the same dirty sheets covered in hair and stains, the same holy curtains and smelly drains. There were ants in the kitchen area and I asked for this to be cleaned, I was then handed a bottle of cleaner and was told to spray around the area! After staying for 5 days I asked for the room to be cleaned as this had not been done. We had our towels changed once out of our whole stay, the floor was never swept, the bedding was never changed and the sink with all of the ants was still the same even after the cleaner had “ cleaned “ the room. Being two young girls who are normally quite laid back about these things, we were then left quite shocked after speaking to other hotel guests who had the same situation as us, they were asked at first to stay in the other building and after going to reception and demanding another room they were given one of the apartments shown on the websites which we were meant to have - and were given two choices! These guests had to pay an extra £25 which we would have been more than happy to do - but were never given this option. The guests kindly let us see inside of their room and it was lovely, very well taken care of and clean and we were so disappointed our stay had been the complete opposite. You could tell when comparing the two apartments in either buildings which building was cleaned most, looked after well, and redecorated the most! The managers attitude was awful towards us when we tried to speak with her about the ants, and she was more interested in her vape than our issues. The cleaning staff had no hoovers or fresh bedding on hand, only a dustpan and brush and a JD bag filled with toilet roll. Coming from us who seen the reviews and thought it’ll be okay - please change to stay somewhere else as it is AWFUL.

I recently stayed at Oura Senses in Albufeira for four nights, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment we arrived, the stay was plagued with issues that made it clear this was not the quality accommodation we had hoped for. The first thing we noticed was the poor condition of the room. There were visible stains and holes in the walls, which was quite off-putting. The room clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly, as there was mold in the bathroom and the overall cleanliness was lacking. Despite the fact that room cleaning and daily bed-making were supposed to be included in our stay, we did not receive any room service at all during our four nights. Every time we requested cleaning, we were met with excuses, which was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, we had to repeatedly request basic amenities like towels, which should have been provided without question. This added an unnecessary hassle to our stay, as we were constantly having to chase up things that should have been taken care of automatically. Overall, I cannot recommend Oura Senses. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and unfulfilled services made our stay very disappointing. I highly suggest looking for alternative accommodations if you're planning a trip to Albufeira, as this place is simply not worth it. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere

The best place to stay and relax. We got one bedroom apartment. The hotel has a swimming pool where you can chill the whole day. The strip which is very famous for clubs and nightlife is just walking distance from the hotel. We had a great time there.

The location was amazing, just around the corner from the strip and near the bus and tram stop. Rooms need a good amount of maintenance. It was clean but needed work, kitchen items missing, and parts missing or broken. Tiles in bathroom broken, fridge drawers fell off. Pull-up table supports not fully working. Towels that were left for changing were just folded back up. Seagulls were in the swimming pool each evening with evidence of gull poo. Quite a few cigarette ends around the pool. Photos show only one side of the apartments. The other side looks more like city flats.

Amazing hotel with such beautiful rooms and swimming pool just Infront of the room. It was so close to nearby Clubs and pubs and all the shops are just a min walk. Very good restaurants nearby to have food. 10/10 for the hotel.
