This is a great hotel. It is clean, fantastic pool, nice food and above all lovely staff. The staff make the place from reception to hospitality to the cleaning staff. Rooms are very comfortable and cleaned daily to a high standard. The hotel is in a great location for trips out on the frequent bus service which picks you up and drops you off within a 1 minute walk away. The hotel is also very safe and secure. Whether you are a family, solo traveller, couple, of any age, the hotel welcomes you. I went for the first time last year and did not hesitate to choose this venue again.

Hotel ideally located in the center of the town. From the hotel you can get straight to the dunes and then to the ocean as well as directly to the beach by the ocean. Hotel service is perfect. Clean rooms. Cleaning, changing towels every day except Sundays. All kitchen accessories are provided. Each room has a view of the pool. Nice pool with comfortable sun loungers. Good breakfasts. I recommend.

Exceptional staff. Clean and comfortable- room was cleaned daily, amazing friendly staff. Lady in the bar is a delight and made you smile. Breakfast choice was ok. Be up early for sun loungers- they go fast. No kids around so it was super peaceful and relaxing. Location is great. Had a late flight and checkout was 12. They offered a courtesy room free of charge where you can shower and change (but you only get 1/2hour).

From the minute we arrived we was met with a friendly welcome. We had pre requested a room, this had been accommodated. All the staff are lovely, friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. Special shout out to Rosi in the pool bar for all her help when I picked up a holiday cold, and she helped my husband to find some paracetamol for me.Nothing was ever too much trouble to ensure guests have the best experience. The rooms have been recently renovated and have everything you need, with daily cleaning service. The pool area is always nice and friendly, great atmosphere. The food is always fresh, tasty and good portions at a fair price. Location is perfect right on the corner of Yumbo centre and just a few minutes walk to the beach, with a bus stop just outside to other resorts. I can't say a bad word about this hotel, for me it is perfect, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. We have already booked to stay again next year.

This hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. The team that worked here were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant - not far from the beach, supermarket closed by, and the balcony caught the afternoon sun if you didn't feel like chilling out by the pool. Will definitely be booking again when I go back!
