Superb location and great access to the beach. Overall great place to enjoy a week of sunshine and simply relax. Food was great tasting, however very limited for a hotel of that size.
Hotel staff is very friendly and they do everything to feel good, however that was not for us really. Our dinner table was never cleaned for dinner, no cutlery, no water, glasses and we had to ask for those every time during our stay. Most of the time we were ignored and that might have been simply because the place might not have enough staff.
Intentionally, one morning we dropped some pepper on the table to see if anyone would clean it and , yes, they didn't get it cleaned for either lunch nor dinner.
The beach has superb fine sand and the sea is great, however there were jellyfish in the morning and afternoon in 4 of days of our stay there and i got stung by one of them. Nothing too bad for an adult but for a child it could have a different "philological" impact.
Swimming pools are huge and they contain sea water (adult ones) so swimming was the best thing for us. There is a small swimming pool with a small slide for the children and next to that there is another swimming pool which gets quite crowded and gets deeper quite fast.
Overall a good experience however not something which we would repeat at this hotel.

I travelled with my husband and two small children. We had a nice stay overall, but I would not come back. The hotel needs some upgrades and a thorough cleaning. It is quite dirty, outdated and many of the furniture pieces from the room or from common spaces are either run down or dirty, unfortunately. I am not sure why because there seems to be enough staff running around.
We had pretty bad wifi connection in our room, the bathroom smelled of paint and water was always leaking from under the tub.
Beds were very nice and the cleaning lady did a good job every day!
The pools are great, nice acces to the beach, plenty of sunbeds everywhere(although they were very dirty, also the mattresses).
The restaurant at the beach has delicious food, and in the evening they offer some sort of a la carte service, for which you need to reserve one day in advance. We celebrated my birthday one evening there, the staff prepared a cake and they sung, together with all the people there. It was a very nice moment, thank you!!
About the animation team, they were ok, always with a smile and pleasant, organized many activities on the beach or at the pool, and in the evenings. But not sure why they are so highly regarded by the other reviewers, to my opinion they seemed sometimes also a bit tired (understandable as they work very hard) or even bored.
I would say overall, for the price, it was worth every penny, but it still needs some upgrades so that the staff can offer better service to their customers.

Came to this hotel for the first time last year and booked again for this October, full animation team are brilliant and went out there way to make sure we had a fantastic holiday. I am so shocked to hear that they have all been fired from their jobs because of an aggressive manager whom speaks to the staff in a very derogatory manner. I am actually thinking of cancelling my holiday now because of this. The animation team are what makes this hotel a great place to be and without them you would be as well going elsewhere

My journey to this hotel was incredible nice. I enjoyed every moment in this facility .All staff were so serious about their job , the food was okay most of the time, the service in the restaurant is also good. Thanks a million to Every member of this hotel but I want to thank Mrs Samia the guest relation for many reasons. She is so adorable and friendly with all the guests and treats everyone equally, she is there whenever you need her or ask for an advice or even to complain about some issues. I have seen how hardworking she is and how hard she is trying to make every one happy and satisfied. She is just so perfect for this job going along with her colleagues who create a good environment all together.

Really good hotel and would come back again. The rooms are spacious and really comfy. The animation team are all lovely and friendly and there is so much you can do. It's an amazing hotel.
