The experience at the hotel was not very pleasant for me. From the second day of our stay, we had to change rooms because the air conditioning wasn’t working, there was a bad smell, and the shower flooded the bathroom.
The hotel food, in my opinion, was very basic and repetitive. At the reception, they didn’t provide solutions to what we needed. For example, we asked for an iron, and we had to insist all day before they gave it to us. They claimed there was only one iron for the entire hotel and then asked us for money as a deposit to guarantee its return (for an iron that wasn’t even in good condition). To make things worse, when we used it, the power went out in the room.
I think vacations should be relaxing, not stressful because of these things. Some hotel staff were in very bad moods. For example, at the pool table, if the coins got stuck, the reception staff didn’t offer any help.
The indoor pool seemed dirty to me—the tiles were grimy, and the chlorine smell was too strong. The staff also tried to make us leave 45 minutes before closing time. On two occasions, they turned off the lights while we were still there. The same thing happened in the sauna. The staff was very rude and didn’t apologize; they just gave you dirty looks if you complained.
(In my opinion) they could at least try to be more pleasant to customers and make an effort to solve the issues. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t return. After just four days, I was already feeling overwhelmed and unhappy.

Superb location and great access to the beach. Overall great place to enjoy a week of sunshine and simply relax. Food was great tasting, however very limited for a hotel of that size.
Hotel staff is very friendly and they do everything to feel good, however that was not for us really. Our dinner table was never cleaned for dinner, no cutlery, no water, glasses and we had to ask for those every time during our stay. Most of the time we were ignored and that might have been simply because the place might not have enough staff.
Intentionally, one morning we dropped some pepper on the table to see if anyone would clean it and , yes, they didn't get it cleaned for either lunch nor dinner.
The beach has superb fine sand and the sea is great, however there were jellyfish in the morning and afternoon in 4 of days of our stay there and i got stung by one of them. Nothing too bad for an adult but for a child it could have a different "philological" impact.
Swimming pools are huge and they contain sea water (adult ones) so swimming was the best thing for us. There is a small swimming pool with a small slide for the children and next to that there is another swimming pool which gets quite crowded and gets deeper quite fast.
Overall a good experience however not something which we would repeat at this hotel.

All round a decent hotel. It's just a shame that you can't use the balcony on the sea view rooms during the day because of the thunderous noise of pop music coming from the pools. We couldn't use the pools for the same reason. Hotel and staff fine. Outside paths uneven and could be a trip hazard for those who have limited mobility.

The hotel looks nice at first glance. Once we checked in, we had a bad impression of the service. The staff are not attentive to the hotel's guests, they give things with bad grace, and the people at reception are not very friendly.
When we arrived, they gave us a room with a bad smell of humidity. A shower where the water came out into the corridor. On the second day, they changed our room to a room with mattresses in terrible condition, nothing to rest in.
The food is very repetitive, there is not much to choose from. After a week we start to get tired of always seeing the same menu.
The drinks are the most basic and cheapest on the market and the worst you can find. Starting with coffee and going all the way to alcohol, all of which are very poor quality.
If you want to drink a beer with alcohol you have to pay extra because beer does not have alcohol and wine is very bad.
The hotel tries to sell activities at very expensive prices, which can be found outside the hotel at much more reasonable prices. The hotel tries to take full advantage of the customer.
The internet in the room we had was of very poor quality, you have to go around the pool to be able to connect to the WiFi.
For the end of year holidays we asked for an iron and they kept us waiting all day telling us that they only have one iron for the hotel and when they gave it to us they gave us an iron in poor condition and asked us for money.
In conclusion, to spend one or two nights it is not worth more than that since there is not much to see around the hotel.
People are very bitter, not at all smiling, in the bars they try to take advantage of the clients, the taxi drivers do the same literally, very bad experience.
The pools are very dirty, the tiles are obviously not maintained. All they do is add chlorine. The fitness machines are in poor condition, the sauna is dirty and in poor condition, and the staff is very incompetent to do their job.
