Even giving a 1* was a challenge. Booking in was a nightmare. Reception originally refused our booking voucher. Needed the Tui rep to intervene and help. There was no information provided on hotel facilities, location of restaurants, opening / closing times, snack availability, beach towels etc. Etc. The room we were eventually allocated was an absolute disgrace. Filthy carpet, bath and balcony. We booked a double room and we're allocated a 5 bed family room. We had 4 pillows and only 1 pillow case. There were two bottom sheets fitted but the two top sheets were just dumped on the top of the bed for us to fit ourselves. We had paid for full services such as coffee making facilities, fridge with mini bar, hairdryer, air conditioning in room safe. There was a fridge, but it did not work. There was an air conditioning control, which was obviously broken as part of the side of the control was missing. After a lot of complaining we did get a move to a better room but still with reduced facilities. The restaurant facilities were terrible, not once were we able to find a clean table set for us to eat at. We always had to clear a table and go looking for cutlery and napkins. Not once did any member of waiting staff approach us to ask if we would like a drink with our lunch or dinner. There was always a shortage of glasses at the bars. You would regularly get a glass of beer served in a wine glass and wine served in flimsy plastic cups. Round the pool area they regularly had to use glass to serve drinks in as there was a shortage of plastic ones.

It's definitely one of the worst hotels I've been in. When we arrived, they gave us the worst imaginable room you can live in, it did smell so bad, and don't get me started on how unclean it is, we requested a new room, and it was much better than the first one. Still not a 4-star room. The service is by far the worst part of this hotel. If you're not a European with blue eyes, forget about being treated well (you need to be rigorous with them). They also keep on harassing and dredging young girls The best part of the hotel is the location and the food, although it's crowded, so be ready to get in long queues . The animations are okay but sometimes repetitive.

The hotel need updating the rooms me and my family stayed in were big but in need of modernisation, the staff were all friendly and hard working the restaurant is canteen style but fine, it is very close to the beach. If you travel here its better in my opinion to stay in the hotel there are scams everywhere you go, be aware of anyone giving anything for free theres always a price.

Our room was very outdated with dirty carpets and very old tv. Location was very good 👌 Food very tasty some Tunisian traditional dishes to try but only thing what was missing is fresh juice they just not serving that do not know why... They had some animation team which is good but almost every day same thing very boring specialy in evning... overall staff super very helpful just reception could be better I mind more informative on begin hotel should have some leaflets with all info what and where... my opinion is like that becouse that supposed to be 5 star hotel no is not... some 2 and 3 stars are better standards.

The worst hotel I have seen in my life.The receptionists are unhelpful.In addition,The weather in the rooms was horrible.Adding to that there is no minibar in the rooms and the Air conditions and Air filtration system were not good.The most important thing is the price.The price was very expensive for the service provided by the hotel.Another important thing is that the staff treated us badly because we are Arab unlike European people. Finally,I do not recommend anyone to try this hotel.
