This is definitely not a 4* hotel, it is a 2* at best. Not enough staff to maintain and keep the hotel clean.
Food was terrible unless you're happy to eat pizza for every meal and pancakes pastries and donuts for breakfast. So I ended up eating out every night.
When I arrived the first room I was in was absolutely disgusting!! As shown in the pictures. Changed rooms twice and finally got one that was alright.
Drinks machine was broken most days and drinks were served in paper cups, which is definitely not 4* standard.
They really need to get rid of all the horrible carpets and replace them with a nice polished tile floor.
The food in the hotel needs to be improved dramatically.
The gardens are very nice.

It was a lovely family holiday and the people are so friendly. My children had an amazing time, felt very safe to let them run around and enjoy themselves. The animation team are great keep children entertained during the day and evening. Free ice creams, pancakes and pizza during the day - they have allocated times they serve it. Lifeguards are friendly. Overall a great experience and would go again.

As you arrive and are shown to the room the hallway carpets are dirty and ill fitted due to the age of them. The hotel is severely dated and is in disrepair! My bed needed repairing 4 times. The shower needed a nail file to keep to head from sliding down and the whole room was tired.
The cooks were in dirty uniforms and the serving area was dirty and in disrepair. The staff did their best but there were shortages of plates cutlery and tablecloths. The standard of laundering was rubbish as I didnt have an unstained tablecloth once!
Also I nearly saw 3 fights because of lack of certain foods and pushing in. Also the noise in the dining room was the loudest we've ever heard certainly not a restful experience. To call this shambles a 4 star is frankly laughable and the fitness room is also a joke! My son and I were really looking forward to training in it but after one session we never returned. If it wasn't for the beach we would have really been gutted even though its not an exclusive area for the hotel and you only get inclusive soft drinks and no food.

It was ok, it's certainly not a 4* as advertised. The rooms haven't been well maintained, we had a family room with a broken balcony sliding door, and the dining experience was poor. The choices for children were limited and there was no ice cream (unless you bought one from an on-site vendor which doesn't really fit with an all inclusive resort). Soft drinks were poured from a bottle rather than a chilled dispenser so were generally warm, although they had dispensers there that were just not available for use.
The main pool was great, really good for children and adults with a gentle slope to the deep end, however the smaller pool with slides was disgusting. The slides are situated on a mud patch so as they get used the pool gets dirty.

I have just returned from an 11-day all-inclusive stay at the Hammamet Resort and Spa. While most of the staff were friendly and worked extremely hard, the resort itself is very dated and not particularly clean.
Upon arrival, there was an issue with our booking as we were initially given two separate rooms despite having booked a family room. This was eventually rectified after I insisted that two separate rooms were unacceptable for my family. However, when we finally checked into our room, we immediately noticed that the hygiene standards and furnishings were subpar. The room was dated and in desperate need of a deep clean; the bathtub was grimy, the shower curtain was dirty, and the mattresses were stained and extremely uncomfortable.
The restaurant experience was equally disappointing. The tablecloths were consistently stained and dirty; in fact, it would have been better if there were no tablecloths at all. Finding clean cutlery and glasses became a daily challenge. The food options were limited and repetitive, which put us off dining at the resort, leading us to eat elsewhere most of the time.
On the day of our arrival, we were approached by several excursion staff trying to sell us trips. While most were polite and backed off when we explained we had just arrived and would book when ready, one staff member, in particular, was very insistent—the spa representative. We had initially planned to book a spa experience for our family of four. However, the staff member continued to pester us to "secure" a booking immediately.
To get him off our back, I attempted to proceed with the booking, only to be informed that they did not accept card payments. I explained that I would need to go to the cash point and would book once I was ready. Despite this, he continued to pressure us and even offered an unsolicited ride to the cash point, which made us feel further pressured to pay immediately. When I declined, he stormed off, muttering under his breath. His aggressive approach completely put us off. This unpleasant encounter led us to book a spa experience elsewhere, where we received a much more professional and welcoming service.
After this incident, the staff member ignored us for the remainder of our stay, which was hardly professional.
Additionally, several other guests advised us to call taxis from outside the resort if we needed transportation to a cash point or to Yasmine Medina, as the rates should be no more than 10 TND. However, we heard from several guests that when they booked through Sonia at reception, the quoted prices were three times higher. It seems likely that there is some arrangement between the hotel staff and a local taxi company, with inflated prices benefiting someone at the resort. This happened to at least three guests during our stay.
Overall, the dated facilities, lack of cleanliness, poor dining experience, aggressive sales tactics, and potential overcharging for taxis left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this resort in its current state and sincerely hope that management takes steps to address these issues.
