We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights after a very short (about 20 minute) notice of our arrival. Regardless of the short notice, the staff was very well prepared and even noticed during the check in it was my birthday the following day - they sent up a bottle of wine and some chocolates which was very kind and thoughtful.
The rooms are clean and simple and the pool area is lovely with very comfortable lounges. The hotel has a very cozy feel as it is smaller than most others in the area.
The staff were exceptionally nice and attentive, which really made the stay very comfortable, especially as we had had an awful experience in another hotel in the area which had promoted us looking for a hotel on a very short notice. They really saved our holiday and made us feel very welcome.

The hotel is close to bus stops and beaches which is very convenient. The building is nice and clean. Toilets/showers I think are good only if you sleep alone - all sounds get much louder from there if you know what I mean, no intimacy. Water flows to the room when shower is taken. Cleaning - never leaving additional toilet paper - you have to go to the reception to get one which is embarrassing. Also we booked a room for 3 with 3 separate beds via booking but after payment they said they are not sure if we get them.. phone from Booking solved this. Then we were asked for 50 eur deposit per night at the hotel - also it was not mentioned in the booking description and not in their website, which they claimed to Booking. Finally we did not have to leave it. Also, we ate breakfast there, I asked twice for gluten free bread which they claim to have but I didn't receive it so ate without it. Overall bad experience as for a 4 star hotel - the worst from this category I had occasion to use

I stayed in a deluxe room at this hotel for 3 nights, but it was on the first floor, lacking a good view and privacy. Despite paying for a deluxe experience, the room only provided interior comfort. On the first day, I reported this issue, but the receptionist said I had to speak with the manager the next day. On the second day, I reported it again at 10 am and was told they might be able to move us to a higher floor. After 30 minutes with no response, I had to follow up myself. The manager then said she couldn’t do anything for the second night due to the short timeline for switching with another future occupant on a higher floor. They offered a room change for our last night, which wasn’t worth the hassle. If you want a deluxe room with a panoramic sea view, request not to be on floors 112, 113, 114, and 115. Call the reception in advance to ensure a higher floor with an amazing view.

I’ve stayed in many different hotels around the island and this stay was one of the best. Such a great location, easy check in, clean room, quirky shower room in the hotel room, comfy beds, quick WiFi, efficient maid service - everything was great.
I received some help from different reception staff at different times and they were all so friendly and helpful.
Will absolutely return to this hotel and definitely recommend it to others!

Amazing experience at Leonardo. First time in Mallorca and they made our experience great. The room was newly renovated with shower with a sea view. Staff very friendly and morning breakfast is so worth it. We will stay again there
