I would not recommend this hotel after a trip one week with my family during summer 2024.
The room was not what we expected and not worth the money. It is advertised as a 4-star hotel but it's clearly not what you can see in the website pictures and when you're booking your trip.
Room was really old and not clean (despite staff coming clean, rooms need a complete revamp). There was mold in the shower, air con not working...
Guest service is incompetent. Despite reaching out to them and managers multiple times, they don't care and do not have solutions. There is no water bottle available and staff redirect you to water fountains... which are not working. With young kids at night, you don't even have water available. It's a shame for a so called 4-star hotel and for Iberostar.
Overall infrastructures are old, dirty and not adapted to families.
You are more in a camping than a 4-star hotel.

We booked this 4-star residence based on its promised amenities, but our experience was disappointing.
• The bathroom had mold, raising hygiene concerns.
• The air conditioning didn’t work, making the room unbearable in the heat.
• Limited access to drinking water, which is unacceptable for this category.
Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and improvements are needed.

Stayed here for a week. Like many reviews that have gone before I agree that the staff are incredible! Very helpful, cheerful and great with the kids.
Our room was pretty basic and dated. It’s not a complaint but, equally, I was expecting more from a 4 star hotel. Our room wasn’t bad but it needed renovating.
The pool and parks are great for the kids to enjoy themselves. There are a number of snack shacks to keep yourself fed and watered throughout the day.
The food was good and, in all honesty, what you should expect for mass catering. It’s not fine dining. However meal times are a complete free for all which is very annoying - expect a few elbows and people pushing in.
Within a short, rocky walk of 1 small and 2 large, gorgeous beaches which were busy but not overcrowded. The trail isn’t pushchair friendly.
There is a bus stop right directly outside the hotel which will take you to Cala D’or (10 mins) which made a day trip to the marina and centre really easy.
All in all a lovely holiday.

I recently spent some time at this resort, and I have mixed feelings about it. It definitely has an older vibe, having been built in 1989. The food was decent, but when you opt for an all-inclusive option, you can't expect Michelin-starred cuisine.
One of the frustrating aspects was the early morning pool chair wars. Guests were reserving loungers as early as 6 AM, and it seemed like the staff didn't intervene at all. It was quite ridiculous to see towels draped over multiple chairs—a bit inconsiderate, really.
The bathroom in my room clearly needs some renovations; it felt dated and worn. On a brighter note, the staff members were fantastic! They were friendly and attentive, which definitely made my stay more enjoyable.
The proximity to the beach was a major plus, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. The pools are another highlight, offering a good variety, although they too could benefit from some updates.
This resort is a great option for families, with lots of attractions and a kids' club. Although the kids' club was a bit limited in its hours, the kids seemed to have a blast.
While I appreciated some aspects of the experience, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

We checked in at 2.30am. The reception area is big and impressive. Our 2 adjoining rooms wasn't far, so we walked there. They normally take you on hotel buggies. The whole place is massive, swimming pools within 3/5 min walk. The main entertainment area was close by too. Nightly shows, brilliant bands, quizzes, even a silent disco. The food was amazing, something for everyone. So many lovely staff cleaning and tidying. There are bars everywhere serving alcoholic drinks but also you can use the self service for beer , water and hot drinks. A few shops on sites, selling lots of different things (not paracetamol tho). The food halls/beach restaurant open for 3 services a day. But if you miss them there's food trucks all day. The best part of our holiday, was finding a amazing beach 10min walk away. The sand is golden and the water was clear enough to see little fish swimming past. The worse part was leaving
