I stayed in this hotel with my daughter for 7 days in all inclusive. We like the hotel and food there. Nice and big pool area. Good service. You can tend bike or car in the reception and it’s more cheaper then in the agency. The room has good size, big bed and the sofa. pillows and mattresses were comfortable. Pillows a little bit high for my daughter but we had extra small one. Walls in the room a little tired after many tourists, it would be great to refresh them every season. And also small green pillows need refresh as well, they smell disgusting. The food was delicious. I like the things that they cooked hot dishes with you, so everything is fresh and hot. Breakfast every day the same, but it have so many choices that we find our best. Lunch and dinner have bigger options, every dinner we hade meat and local fish, twice a week was prawns. There are two restaurants which almost the same, and snack bar. So you won’t be hungry there. The waitress are working so quickly like in the McDonald, if don’t finish the dish but you live the table to go for something more, they will clean it immediately, which is not so good. My daughter has remained without her dish and then she was absent to live a table to grab something else. Location and the guests are not so good. Almost all guests are German who drinks a lot. And location it’s a German paradise - many pubs in the street, full drunks man’s 🤢 Definitely don’t recommend staying with children, just there is nothing for them. My daughter was boring.

I was very impressed by this hotel. Very clean, spacious and modern. It has a gym and 3 swimming pools. We went for all-inclusive. There are everyday entertainments available. Water exercise, water volleyball, water polo. Table tennis tournament , Bingo night, live music. And i was very impressed by one staff member ,Roberto'. He does all water sports with the guest. Also entertaining the guests for a Friday Disco night where everybody can join in dancing, which was full of fun. Thank you for the amazing week in Palma, Mallorca. 👏👏

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 10 days. When you pick up the card from the room, you will be greeted by an additional payment that is somewhere hidden in small letters on the contract and that costs €53 extra for two people. The room they gave us had such a disastrous view that we immediately went to complain and search for another room. Considering that we were staying for 10 days, we didn't want to look at a house with broken windows! The lady that worked on reception was very rude because we were not satisfied with the view, and she left us to wait for another 3 hours to get another room. The food in the hotel is almost the same every day. The only alcoholic drinks you have the right to drink and only in the restaurant (in the lobby are charged additionally) are beers and wine (3 drinks for lunch and 3 for dinner).No drinking after 22:30h . On the fifth and sixth days we were without the air conditioner that allegedly did not work in the entire hotel. It is important to emphasize that the temperature outside was 37 C for those two days. No one apologized, but we had to go and report at the reception!Last day we wanted to eat dinner (we paid for all inclusive), but the stuff refused to let my husband in and the reason was: HE WORE COTTON SHORTS BRAND:NIKE. He had his wallet and mobile phone in his pockets. IT WAS NOT swimming shorts!

Hello, I would like to thank the hotel staff for a wonderful stay at the hotel. Especially in the restaurant and kitchen. The staff is the hotel's greatest asset. In addition to the excellent cuisine and cleanliness of the hotel, I would recommend a stay at the hotel to anyone. Our experience was truly excellent and I would rate every item in the hotel with excellence. If we visit Palma de Mallorca again, we will definitely contact you. Sincere compliments.

The rooms were very hot and uncomfortable. I had spoken to the staff who didn’t even try to accommodate it at first and kept trying to disregard me after coming back and forth as they kept saying they would send some one I then even asked for a fan they said we don’t have it. They said the ac only comes on at 4-6 then they said 5-8. Something to consider if you struggle with the heat. I went back again and they offered me a room change. The first room was 28 degrees and the second 25.5 so just had to settle for this as they wouldn’t do anything else for me. It was really bad service from the hotel and disappointed. When you come to a holiday ac should be expected especially when the rooms are nearly reaching 30 degrees. The room service left hair in our room which was not ours. The bathrooms never looked like they had been cleaned, it seemed they just put fresh towels in there. The food was nothing great. Repetitive food everyday. I did feel uncomfortable at times in this hotel as though people were always staring. Pros -The entertainment was great and the man who was doing it was bubbly and happy. -The pools were nice and clean. -The vibe by the pools were nice and tranquil. - A 10/15 min walk to the beach
