This hotel has an incredible location, the town is quiet and surrounded by mountains and sea. Our room smelled of stale cigarettes, there was pink mold in the shower along all the grouting and the fixtures are not in the best condition. Our biggest gripe is the rules around food and drink. We stayed for 7 nights, received 1.5l of complimentary water on arrival. After finishing that, we were told we had to buy water as they don’t refresh. No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms and an empty fridge. We arrived with wine that was a gift and when asked if we could have wine glasses got very angry responses from the staff. We then asked if we could order wine to our room and got a snotty no in response - no food or drink is allowed in the rooms. We had dinner at the restaurant on our first two nights and after that decided we didn’t want to go back, just based off the attitude of our servers. The food overall was good, but nothing special by any means. I don’t understand how a hotel can not give water, not allow room service, not want people to consume drinks or food from outside and on top of it have servers who are just plainly unpleasant to be served by in their restaurant. I have been traveling extensively for 8 years and have never experienced anything like this. I’ve worked in hospitality for 20 years and am dumbfounded by this hotels service and attitude, it really was the worst hotel service I have ever experienced. I mentioned this to the manager upon departure, to which she asked if they could email me with follow up questions, which I have yet to receive. I would not recommend this hotel and will definitely never return, which is a pity as it’s got so much potential.

We had a great stay here! The location is beautiful, surrounded by the mountains of Tramuntana and the sea. The village was so peaceful. Every night we slept with the window open, and we didn't hear any noise. The room (junior suite with a sea view) was big and cosy. The bathtub was a nice add. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had a lot of options and every day they had something different to offer for sweets (carrot cake, banana cake, ...). Did not use the spa, but the pool was refreshing and overall a mellow vibe. We are definitely coming back!

Not worth the price. The furniture felt dated, the room was nothing special. Matresses were great though. Spa was disappointing, jets and water features weren‘t working. „Hot tub“ was cold, empty cups and even a plastic bottle were just laying around. No sauna towels and rules posted so the wood was stained from sweat. Breakfast was disappointing.

The rooms are pretty pricy & parking is difficult, but let me tell you: the staff is so friendly! They are the best part of this hotel! Don't expect too much of the spa. The jacuzzi is cold and the steamroom does not work. If you book an extra massage with Veronica you will not regret it.

Lovely hotel in Estellencs. The breakfast which was included was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable and had a small patio. The hotel had a larger patio with seating area also available. It is located directly on the GR221 route, which was convenient. We did not use the spa.
