We went as a family 8 of which 2 were grandparents and one was a 6 year old. This hotel exceeded all expectations and catered to everyone. The hotel had entertainment every night for both children and adults. The beach was a 2 minute walking distance and had beach beds and an all inclusive bar. The owner was very friendly with us and we had great conversations every night. The food was good however if you do go for more than a week it can be a bit repetitive. The indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Many British tourists staying at the hotel. Definitely will be returning! Thank you

All staff are super friendly. Clean and welcoming hotel. The Animators: Johnny, Lucas and Klaud are above exceptional, and made the stay much more enjoyable. My only gripe would be the food which could be improved upon.

Entertainment staff are okay. Read previous views expecting a lot but it turns out they have been going round pushing guests to give them good reviews. Mini disco every night lasts about an hour, got ripped off with bingo- £10 for a ticket and the prize was worth about £30. Bar staff are nice, free bottled water from the bar so don’t buy in shop. Pool is clean, rooms could be cleaner but you get what you pay for really (£850 for 2 adults). Beach is super close, free beds and umbrellas with the hotel, bar on the beach as part of the all inclusive package so no need to take money with you. If there are no sunbeds when you go to the pool, ask the life guard and they bring more out for you aswell as a foam mat to put on top of the bed for comfort. Apparently there are 2 restaurants you can visit as part of all inclusive but I wasn’t aware til last day so didn’t go. Overall pleasant stay, didn’t come across any issues but I have stayed in nicer places for the same price. They turn all lights off at midnight wether your still sat outside or not so just keep that in mind.

By far, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The receptionist was rude, made us wait for at least 45 minutes in the reception that has no air conditioning or fans in 40 degrees, we then asked a second time, he the mn started shouting and telling us that there are other people waiting(as if it's an excuse somehow). After we finally got the keys, we noticed that they were very far apart, when we specifically asked for adjacent rooms since we are a family. No one showed us the rooms, no one helped us with the language, the rooms were in -1 and no elevator was avaliable. We went back to the reception and tried to talk to a manager or someone, we finally spoke to an old dude, to out surprise he was even more obnoxious and racist and stated: " I always have problems with your kind", like literally flat out racism! The room door unlocks with an old key, no magnetic strap nothing, you have to really find the right depth for the key to turn. The toilet door inside doesn't close at all, imagine having privacy? This is by far the most horrible welcome and stay, I ever witnessed in my many years of trying different hotels from different ratings.

The hotel is nice. The hotel area is clean and the guests are calm. All the people are polite and the animation team entertains both adults and children. especially thanks to Mr. Klaud for the fun discos and care. I recommend this hotel, come with the whole family or take all your friends and relax together ❤️✨🫶🏻
