Very pleasant experience. Clean rooms, delicious food, and helpful staff. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach. You can stay in the hotel complex and relax by one of the two outdoor pools or enjoy the indoor pool. Live music performances are offered in the bar several times a week.

We got a nice, slightly bigger corner room, but the noise from the airport was high. No open window possible. Not enough sundbeds at the pool. Friendly pool bar and area. Nothing childfriendly. Cheese at diner had mouldy bits (I am a very easy eater), clearly not everything is thrown out in time. Cleaning lady knocked at 9am asking to clean. Gym room: no machine working. We arrived at reception desk 9.06 pm and were told diner is now closed. This was with two children. Elevators not working fast enough for all the people, even after waiting they did not arrive. Walked the fith floor a couple of times. Luggage room is very crammed in the lower ground floor, does have a shower though, which was not advertised, so we showered at the pool. All this would not be much of a problem, but it was pricey and so we expected more. Not sure where all the overly positive reviews stem from.

The hotel is nice but not super fancy. The rooms have all the basic necessities and you can see the ocean from the balcony. It has a really nice pool and a really good breakfast.
The pool side bar has good food at a reasonable price for lunch. The beach is a block away. There is a city bus to the airport that costs 5€ and takes 20 minutes.
The hotel also allows you to lock your luggage if you arrive early or stay late and you can use the pool. They also have a changing room with a private shower you can use. We throughly enjoyed our time and are looking forward to returning.

Me and my husband came here on our honeymoon and stayed 5 nights.
Didn’t enjoy our stay at all and wouldn’t stay again, I’ve never met more unfriendly staff. Didn’t even care when we arrived at the hotel, whenever we asked staff any questions we were snapped at. Our room had a horrible smell we tried to notify reception and they said they would take a look at it then advised us they couldn’t smell anything and dismissed us completely. They say there is a safe included in your room but just so you know you actually have to pay 28 euros just for the key to it.
The pool and breakfast were okay but besides that wouldn’t stay again.

Positives:
Location is good; surrounded by other hotels, however it is a quiet and family friendly area. The beach is a stones throw away, and we had a lovely view of it from our room. The rooms are standard, just enough space for all our belongings. There are two pools, one shallow pool with a jacuzzi and one deeper pool. Unfortunately people claim their sun-beds for the day by throwing their towels on them early in the morning. So it may be hard to find seating around the pool if you’re a large group. Food is very tasty and they provided a wide selection for breakfast and dinner.
Negatives:
The food is not labelled to what it is. Me and my bf are vegetarian and often had to ask the staff if the dish contained meat, to which they weren’t sure either. Same with dessert, a lot of options but nothing labelled. Unfortunately on our last night we had ants in our room. We called the reception and the lady was very rude, her only option was to spray the ants. She said we had to come to the desk ourselves and get the ant spray. Bear in mind this was around 11pm and we were in our PJ’s. She did not apologise or offer to come and clean it for us. We had to spray the ants ourselves, leaving us with a pile of dead ants in our room all night. This was not pleasant.
