We had probably the smallest room in the hotel which was comfortable. Great service. Great location. Short walk to center. Lovely breakfast terrace and great buffet. Lovely view from the spacious seating areas in front of the hotel.

It is the people who make this hotel so special. We felt so welcome and so relaxed from the moment we checked in until we reluctantly checked out five days later. Everyone member of staff contributed to the relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, making our stay so enjoyable.
The breakfast is a highlight, both in terms of quality and choice. While the rooms are on the small side this did not take from our enjoyment of the hotel.
A big thank you to Eli and all the team for looking after us. Gracias!

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On the positive side, the staff are absolutely wonderful - without a doubt, they provided the friendliest and most lovely service we experienced across the whole island.
The communal areas are beautifully maintained, and the breakfast is excellent. The views and seating areas at the front of the hotel are fantastic.
However, the room left a lot to be desired. We booked a 'Mountain View' room, but the view was mostly 90% bins/loading bay, with just a small hill in the background. The room itself was probably the smallest we’ve ever stayed in at any standard, leaving very little space to move. It was quite dark, and our clothes and towels remained damp throughout the week.
The soundproofing was extremely poor - any time someone walked down the corridor or spoke, it was enough to wake me up, and I’m usually a heavy sleeper. Additionally, the bedding and mattress were of very low quality for the standard of the hotel.
There was some construction work going on next door, but I understand that’s beyond the hotel’s control.
Overall, it’s a reasonable four-star hotel, but the rooms were a significant letdown. We should have paid for a sea view room, which seemed larger, but we felt misled by the description of the 'Mountain View' room.

We spent one week in the hotel (mid October). The location is perfect. The beach right across the (calm) street. The center of Port de Pollensa is within walking distance. We ate very good at the hotel and enjoyed the veranda in the evenings. The rooms are rather small, but with a balcony and the see view that does not matter much. People are lovely too. We'll come back for sure! Thanks.

We returned after starting here and being really happy last year.
The breakfast buffet has good variety of selections, and they don't set too much out at a time + they circulate what's presented, so it's always fresh. The wait staff there, and at the bar, never stop moving.
Having choices of a rooftop sitting area and pool, or one at the side/back, let's you choose where you want to be when it's windy.
We had a smaller, rear-facing room, without a veranda this year, which will teach us not to wait until the last minute to book.
(We came back in 2025, with an ocean view and the same high quality of service.)
