I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On the positive side, the staff are absolutely wonderful - without a doubt, they provided the friendliest and most lovely service we experienced across the whole island.
The communal areas are beautifully maintained, and the breakfast is excellent. The views and seating areas at the front of the hotel are fantastic.
However, the room left a lot to be desired. We booked a 'Mountain View' room, but the view was mostly 90% bins/loading bay, with just a small hill in the background. The room itself was probably the smallest we’ve ever stayed in at any standard, leaving very little space to move. It was quite dark, and our clothes and towels remained damp throughout the week.
The soundproofing was extremely poor - any time someone walked down the corridor or spoke, it was enough to wake me up, and I’m usually a heavy sleeper. Additionally, the bedding and mattress were of very low quality for the standard of the hotel.
There was some construction work going on next door, but I understand that’s beyond the hotel’s control.
Overall, it’s a reasonable four-star hotel, but the rooms were a significant letdown. We should have paid for a sea view room, which seemed larger, but we felt misled by the description of the 'Mountain View' room.

We spent one week in the hotel (mid October). The location is perfect. The beach right across the (calm) street. The center of Port de Pollensa is within walking distance. We ate very good at the hotel and enjoyed the veranda in the evenings. The rooms are rather small, but with a balcony and the see view that does not matter much. People are lovely too. We'll come back for sure! Thanks.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were generally friendly, especially the cleaning staff and staff at the front desk. We had just come from a hotel where the staff were the friendliest I have ever come across in my life, so while the staff friendliness here didn’t live up to that standard, they were generally kind. The rooms are itty bitty, with barely enough room to move around and I wouldn’t recommend if you have a lot of luggage. But they were very clean, except the throw blanket over the bed which had stains and a bug on it when we arrived. So, while the room was not anything to write home about, the amenities were lovely. The public spaces are clean and beautiful and with such easy access to the beach, you can’t beat it. The lunch was delicious, but the breakfast bar was just okay, with cold food not staying in spaces which kept it cold (cheese and fruit) and really watering eggs. The location was great and parking was easy. They were able to help us book some excursions and have city bikes to rent. All in all, as long as you don’t mind tiny rooms, the stay was great.

An oasis of tranquility and chill vibes. Spent the most wonderful weekend. The bed is extremely comfortable and waking up seeing the sun come out in front of the sea was so perfect!!
100% recommend going up to the rooftop for the sunset light!

Beautiful spot to stop for a drink after a long walk along the pine trail. The veranda is cool and comfy. Had to go to bar to order, but they brought the drinks to us. I’m sure the rooms are lovely, looking at how gorgeous the outside and lobby/bar of the hotel is. Beach is directly opposite. Well worth a visit.
