Lovely location for a place. Rooms were of a decent size, and the staff had a crib set up for our wee one, which was a huge plus. Also, they have a store on site that is open late which is fantastic when you need some essentials.
The decor in the room itself was just tired; stains on the couch, watermarks on the ceiling, and a shower that spilled so much water on the floor. Parking is street parking only so you have to get lucky to get a spot near the hotel.
Definitely comfortable and worth a stay if you are on a budget.

We had a nice time going as a family, maybe slightly overpriced if you are cooking for yourself and not using the buffet as the services provided in the rooms for cooking are not good.
What made our stay better was the entertainment provided in the day/night mainly led by Sandra, she was engaging, enthusiastic and amazing with everyone staying at the hotel and we definitely appreciated her company a lot. All of the other staff were also great.
Overall a very nice stay.

The mar blau hotel is set in an ideal location set away from the hustle & bustle of the the main tourist strip & located a 500 MTR walk away from the beach maximum ! & Is just a short walk away for most , plus most areas are wheelchair friendly throughout the hotel with ramps that can access the pavement should you have a mobility scooter or chair & the pavements throughout the resort do cater for them also , which gives you access to the resorts many nearby attractions & the beach . The hotel is not a high rise building by today's standards & the blocks are about four storey's high , with both lift & stair access . The hotel although not on the beach front offers a more tranquil setting with some green areas that have well managed gardens & some tropical Palm trees & the like , which offer some shade in the hotter parts of the day & the light afternoon breeze makes a gentle rustling through their foliage , which adds to the tropical feel of the hotels vibe . The pool areas are clean & well provided with plenty of sunbeds & loungers , plus the more now on trend Balinese style sun beds which are available with a drink & snacks service package , which is a good option for those who want a special treat on their holidays . The pool areas have a lifeguard on duty & also have some activities throughout the week on various days such as pool Zumba & aqua aerobics which is a good bit of fun . The hotel also has a variety of entertainment for its guests & it ranges from tribute acts , dancing & early on before 9pm entertainment for the children , as it is a family friendly hotel ! , Irena Natalia & Sandra really did make the effort to keep the children happy under a watchful eye . The food here in the hotel here is of a very good standard & there are plenty of choices for the diner , which are available from the buffet & there are options for those who have certain intolerances to dairy etc & nut allergies , these options are displayed with notice information , which is very helpful . The bar area is well run & upon our stay waiting times for drinks were minimal & the quality of the drinks were very good ! Even on the inclusive basis ! . The rooms in the hotel are clean & spacious & well equipped with some cooking equipment & the like in the studio's , but we left it to the professionals as we were on holiday , but the options there if you want it . The staff here really in my opinion did pull out all the stops to make our stay a special one & to thank them all personally on this review would take forever & I'm sure like ourselves you always have a favourite waiter / waitress etc , but i did call some mi Nina as we felt like family at this hotel . This hotel is not the most expensive hotel & not the cheapest , but I think it is modestly priced & an exceptional value for money hotel . This hotel is a good choice for families & couples alike who enjoy good food & service & comfortable clean accommodation set in tranquil surroundings can only recommend .

We stayed at HM Mar Blau for 7 nights and it was lovely. We arrived around 12pm and checked in, we were lucky our apartment was ready, and we got our keys straight away,as check-in starts at 2pm. We stayed in Mallorca building on the 1st floor. The apartment is dated, but shower water pressure was great. There are plenty of sun beeds around the pool, no one is reserving beeds with towels as staff will remove them which is fair for all guests.
The restaurant food was great. We were all-inclusive. Breakfast was the same every day, but there was plenty of food to choose from, English breakfast, cheese, meat, bread and the live cooking of Omelettes. The fresh fruits were available at all meals . Different food for lunch and dinner every day.
Got the friendliest service at the reception. They booked a taxi and airport transfer for us. Any question we had, they helped with everything. The bar was downside of our stay as AI drinks are not great.
The hotel is located in a quiet area. Cala Millor beach is 10 min walk from hotel, Sa Coma beach around 15 min walk.
There is a shop at the hotel, but other shops are located 5-10 min walk.
There is also an indoor swimming pool and sauna.

First night got there late an our rooms were not ready so they put 4 of us in a family room but gave us free drinks for the rest of our stay. Fair play for that... good location, 10 minutes each way to sa coma an calla millor.
