We really enjoyed our stay at the HM Balanguera Beach - Adults Only. The hotel looks modern and stylish, with lots of natural light and a calm atmosphere. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony with a partial view of the sea. The bed was a bit firm, but everything else was great. The hotel has two pools—one on the ground floor and another on the rooftop. The rooftop pool is amazing, with beautiful views and a bar where you can enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. The food at the hotel was tasty, with different themed dinners. You can eat inside or on the outdoor terrace, which is really nice. The hotel is just a short walk from Playa de Palma beach, which is super convenient. It’s also close to public transport and not far from the airport, so getting around is easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or give tips about the area.

Nice, smaller than average hotel. Adults only. Rooms smallish but we'll appointed and well kept. Partial sea view, as it says. Evening meal, buffet style adequate but nothing special but good breakfast. Great location 5 mins from the beach. Pool area oasis of calm. Staff pleasant and efficient We enjoyed the experience

Enjoyed our stay here - nice boutique-style, adults only hotel close to the beach and strip.
We opted for bed and breakfast with a premium room. The room was lovely with a partial view of the sea and the pool, and the bottle of prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch. Perhaps the only problems with the room was that there is very little storage space for clothes and limited English channels on the TV.
The breakfast was perfect with lots of choice; various breads, cold meats, fish and cheeses, fruits, yoghurts, pastries, cereal, and the hot counter.
We also made use of the pool bar for cocktails, which were also great. Credit where it's due, Sara, a server at the pool bar was so friendly, always smiling, and making sure guests were being looked after. We loved her!
Only bit of feedback I'd have was that the pool could do with a clean. From our room view, we could see that the deep end was dirty, and when swimming, we could see there was dirt and what looked like pine needles/leaves on the bottom of the pool. Given that the pool is surrounded by trees, I presume that's the problem, however using a pool hoover at night would resolve this.
Other than that, any issues we had were dealt with promptly by staff - David and Sebastian were particularly helpful and friendly.

This hotel is a solid 3-star option (NOT 4 starts) with a mix of pros and cons. While nothing stands out as exceptional, there's also nothing particularly disappointing. The rooms are a decent 6 out of 10, though the bathroom could use some attention as there's mold in the shower. Amenities are basic: there’s no minibar, snacks, coffee, tea, or kettle, though they do provide one bottle of water. A safe is available, but at an extra cost. The food is satisfactory, though the selection is somewhat limited. On the positive side, the location is convenient and fairly quiet. The swimming pool and sky bar are nice highlights, adding a touch of relaxation to your stay.
