Really good hotel considering the price you’re paying. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices. Lunch and dinner also very good with lots of variety and different pretty much every day. Clean hotel with room service done every day. Really nice and welcoming staff. Always checking on us if we are satisfied with our stay . Big enough pool and never overcrowded, always free sun beds . Beautiful views from the room to the sea and sunrise. And the location absolutely perfect, close to all the shops and short walk to the beach. Overall we had a lovely stay, for the price we paid just great .

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The first night was terrible, we had a city view room and there’s a karaoke bar right across from the hotel and we were kept awake until 1am. There’s very little sound proofing throughout the hotel too. Breakfast was ok, service was ok though there’s a male nighttime receptionist who wasn’t friendly. There was a female daytime/evening receptionist who gave us the best service in the hotel, she offered us free dinner after complaining about the noise. The lifts smell terrible (like wet dog and BO) and it seems like most of the guests haven’t heard of a shower. We only booked this place as most of the other hotels were fully booked and we left it until a few days before we arrived.

Fab hotel, immaculate. Bathroom could do with been updated . Room 116 very noisy as it overlooks the Music Bar . Food lovely , something for everyone. Bar staff especially Toni & Marcella brilliant, very welcoming and friendly. Good location 5 mins walk to beach

Situation with the drinking water supply is unacceptable. You can only take it upstairs in a paper cup, which isn’t enough. Especially if you need to take medication. Also it was 4 of us and I had to constantly go up and down to get these cups for my mum who doesn’t speak English and young child. When I asked to fill up a water bottle, I was offered to go and get my own drinking water from the shop, despite paying for an all inclusive holiday. You also cannot call yourself a green hotel if you’d rather waste 10 paper cups instead of letting me fill up my own water bottle. Bathrooms need upgrading too. Everything is covered in limescale and shower heads didn’t work properly in either of our 2 rooms. Beds were great and comfy. Very quiet area at night. Food was great, amazing location, loved kids entertainment. And in general had a great holiday. Letting people have access to water is an easy fix to make this a brilliant experience

I'd say this is more like a 3 star hotel. The rooms definitely need a refresh, everything is quite old. Other than that the hotel was pretty nice and well maintained, I don't get why they don't renovate the rooms. Location is great, close to shops and the beach. The staff is also great, especially Jacob at the reception, he was really friendly and helpful even though we arrived at the hotel after midnight. Breakfast was varied and of decent quality but I wouldn't go here for the all inclusive.
