This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The location is fantastic, just a pleasant 10-minute stroll to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea. The staff truly stood out for their friendliness and professionalism, always ready to assist with a smile. The pool area was a highlight, offering a refreshing retreat, while the wellness area was exceptional, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Whether you're looking for a beachside getaway or a place to unwind, this hotel has it all. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to others!

Clean, spacious, very good breakfast. Quite a relaxed atmosphere. I had a suite with a terrace, but without a private pool, which I understand is not heated.
I would def recommend it. Breakfast was fine. There is a nice terrace where you can't smoke, unfortunately ( it could be a Spanish thing/ law, I don't know) .

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The buffet breakfast was nothing short of spectacular day in and day out, the staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and very spacious (we were even grated a free upgrade), and the spa is really an amazing experience (from the facilities, to the messages themselves). Nothing much to do in the area due to the rowdy nightlife, but perfect for those who are not basing their whole stay in Palma. Free parking at the hotel also!

We stayed here for 9 nights and absolutely loved it. The spa is amazing! And we were in it nearly everyday to take a break from the sun. Stayed from the 2-11th of September and was very hot! Staff very friendly. We looked it up and for a local to use the spa it was around 90 euros a day so the fact that this is included in your stay is great. Obviously you need to pay if you wanted a massage but the facilities are free to use. We particularly enjoyed the ice plunge pool.
The hotel does cater to Germans (we’re Irish) but this didn’t bother us and we found them quite pleasant to speak to and we did hear English, Scottish and American accents around too. The main guy who does be at most breakfasts and dinner makes an effort to find out your nationality and always says hello to you in your own language. Something I wouldn’t expect but a nice touch and shows the effort they put in to make you feel welcome.
The food was excellent and we looked forward to going down to dinner every evening. There was something different every night! They tend to repeat a few things after 7 days but we still had a bit of variety and were very impressed. It was very convenient to not have to look for somewhere to eat every evening and saved a lot of time. It would be nice at breakfast to have more Irish or English influenced meats as the german sausages are a bit rich first thing in the morning but I understand this might be difficult to implement. They still provided eggs in any form you wanted (chefs on site cooking), pastries, cereal, fruit, fresh pancakes etc. They basically had everything you would expect at a hotel buffet.
The only suggestion I’d make is at breakfast to have more staff available or a different system for the tea/coffee. I understand it is hard to get hotel staff in general but my only reason for this is first you’ve to try to get the attention of someone for coffee/tea (at dinner as soon as you sit down they come straight down to you for drinks, not as efficient at breakfast) and when the coffee does come the mugs are very small, only getting about two to three mouthfuls of coffee and it’s all you’ll get during breakfast unless you get their attention because it can get busy.
I stayed in a hotel before where the staff went around with jugs of coffee constantly filling up the mugs and I think this would be a much better idea. It’s puts a lot of pressure on staff when there’s only 2-3 of them on tea/coffee duty for the amount of guests during peak times. I think it’s a little unfair on them as they’re trying their best. This however didn’t put a dampener on our stay but just worth noting if you’re a bit of a coffee addict like myself! Obviously subjective.
Overall, we had a lovely holiday and would definitely return to this hotel. A mixture of age groups staying there but it would cater more towards an older crowd (but still a bit of a buzz in the evening with some entertainment). We’re a couple in our mid twenties and we were happy out. We had booked the Riu bravo before this and changed due to bad reviews. We paid 18 quid extra for this hotel and I feel like we got a lot more bang for our buck. If you want a mix between relaxation and a few nights out this is definitely the hotel for you. You’re within walking distance to the strip but far enough away to be able to choose when you want the craziness or not. I wouldn’t even say it’s a four star but more of a 4.5 pushing to 5 if they did some minor improvements. There is tennis, bike rental etc available you just have to ask reception. There is also a 24hr doctor on call. We booked the hotel via Tui and everything went smoothly. Thank you for such a pleasant and relaxing stay, we will be back😊
P.s get one of their mojitos at the pool bar, you won’t regret it!

The facility is great. Very good service in the sky bar and restaurant. From the reception we didn't receive so good attitude. Not much were shared with us upon check in. No entertainment in this hotel, or at least we were not informed at all. In the other Grupotel chair hotels it is better presented. The spa is good, clean hotel. Food was very deliscious but dinner service was closing earlier than listed (earlier than 21.30)- during all our stay i could see this happening.
