For anyone expecting a 4 star hotel, this is absolutely not. It’s 3 star…at best.
It’s a shame as the hotel has potential, it’s in a lovely quiet area, the major let down is the food, even 3 star would be pushing it.
I’ve not stayed in a 4/5 star hotel, let alone 3 star that doesn’t check your room number and allocate you a table, there’s nothing here so people just flood in and for our first dinner & breakfast we couldn’t even find a table, finding a clean one even harder. Food is left stacked up meaning if you want a table you have to clear it yourself, though even when they do ‘clean’ them they use the same cloth for the chairs and tables!
A lot of the plates & cutlery aren’t particularly clean, definitely nothing close to the 4 stars they market as.
Nothing feels particularly clean even at the start of service, worst of all some of the chicken off the grill was raw…absolutely disgusting. If we hadn’t noticed, or a child had eaten it, it could have made them extremely ill.
Snack bar is hardly worth a mention, dull, dingy & nothing appetising.
Very noisy at night, last night there was music & shouting at gone 2am with clearly no attempt from the hotel staff to remedy, given this is marketed as a family hotel that’s unacceptable.
Kids pool is nice but very cold, it’s not heated, our room was a good size with big balcony, no kettle or anything in the rooms.
Overall, basic, food very disappointing, nice area with a lovely bakery nearby but don’t expect anything close to a 4 star in terms of service or food.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very welcoming. The kids facilities and splash pool are brilliant. There’s plenty to keep them entertained with the water slides. We can’t thank enough the lifeguard Mariano for saving our 3 year old after she ran off to go down a slide without her armbands on. His quick reactions were exceptional! We offered him a tip as a thank you but he would not accept so we have to give him a special mention. He is the reason we have to give this hotel 5 stars!!

Room really good, had a problem with door locking but they were up instantly to the room to fix. Only reason for a 4 was no tea, coffee making facilities within the room.
Service was good but at times was a little lack luster, when busy you knew it was busy and with the two drink rule a party of 7 takes four people to get drinks. All chefs and colleagues were nice, special shout to bar staff Tamara and Rocia who worked there socks off. Couldn't get a checkout room on final day even though no one but us booked shower room.
Location is very out the way with very limited around, however bus service outside and cabs are available. Free shuttle get booked very quickly so advise book on arrival
Other points of hotel views are nice especially when lit up in the evening, pool is clean despite the reviews. It is a French resort so as English group it was difficult but it really is what you make of it just get involved. Food was so so, I wouldn't say bland but a lot of repetition though effort is made with different cuisine each night.
The one thing that really makes this hotel is the animation team, big shout to Cyril, Nicole, Nicolas, Matilda and Johnny please excuse me I've forgotten anyone but these guys make this hotel. Work extremely hard to get everyone involved
Overall some really strong points but also some negative. Good 3 star not a 4... Obviously this only my opinion but you will have a good time none the less

It's 2.20am.. The music is literally pumping and I have to get up at 7am to catch a tour to the caves with my kids at 8am. (This is meant to be a family hotel). So, honest reviews only tonight/this morning...
This place has potential to be so much better than it is. The staff are what prevent me from giving it one star.
Room is ok but...Wardrobe door hanging off, balcony doors don't close, so not secure at all.
Food is ok, but... only one restaurant and it gets very samey. Only beige buffet of cold burgers available outside of restaurant hours. Drinks are low quality, with bitter, headache-inducing wine and they have no idea how to make a cocktail. I'm on all inclusive, but can't really bring myself to drink as a result.(No bad thing I suppose).
Advertises as having WiFi, but... it's not available on laptops. (Huge problem if unfortunately you have to work at all. I did, so ended up working off my phone which took 10x as long)
Kids disco is cute but... It's the same every night and the lights are up and bright (I think they're like that all night )so zero atmosphere in the bar where all activities take place)
The entertainment team try throughout the day but ... don't seem to have any actual activities... They ask if anyone wants to play cards, and that's bout it.
Pools are good, but...not heated at all.
There's a shuttle bus into Palma, but... It's only on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
My kids are enjoying it but... They don't know any better.
It's not an awful place, positives are really just the staff being hard working and friendly, it's nice and clean, the food in the restaurant is actually tasty (freshly baked pastries in the morning is a nice touch), and there's lots of lovely guests...but I think forewarning is useful to anyone hoping for more.

Great hotel especially for kids, we had a room overlooking the entrance so it was quiet at night, poolside side could be loud. Aircon in room was okay but not ice cold. Kids pool was great for our daughter, snack bar was a bonus especially if you didn't fancy going in the main restaurant for lunch. Staff were great and polite, entertainment was fine, the only downside was the Aircon in the nighttime event area, it didn't seem to be on but TBH fans on the ceiling would have been fine, just to circulate air. Hotel location was great, if you go for a wander in the heat take some water and a sunhat. Food in the restaurant was great, lots of choice, breakfast was amazing.
