Luckily, we only stayed here for 4 days. All inclusive does not mean all inclusive here. We weren't aware of a room tax, which we had to pay as soon as we arrived. We were also charged an extortionate €30 for a safe key for 3 days! Then they wanted us to buy pool towels at €10 each. The food was the same every day. In fact, what we had Friday evening was on offer Saturday lunchtime, and the food was luke warm at best. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, and be warned, the bath is very slippery as there is no bath mat in the bath. My husband slipped and hurt his back. We only had housekeeping once in 4 days, too. The room flooded as we had a storm, and the rain came in underneath the balcony doors. My husband spoke to a manager from housekeeping, and she said she would deal with it. We saw no one, so we used a bath towel to try and mop up the rain water. The hotel did do some positive things, though. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and it was a nice touch to put a bag on the bed for guests to use and take home. The alcohol and soft drinks were of good quality, too. The local area has some nice bars and restaurants, and there are some good souvenir shops to buy the usual gifts to take home. All in all, we would not stay here again, but obviously, this is just our opinion. As we always say, all reviews are subjective.

I cannot fault our holiday that we have just returned from. There were 4 adults and a 20 month old. The accommodation was spot on, our room was in a quiet part of the complex. Great park to play on, water slides were brill! Food was more than ample, and there was a microwave to warm any food up, so I can't understand people moaning at that! It was our grandsons first holiday abroad and he loved every minute! A place called Jimmy's about 5 mins walk away had a little soft play area too which we visited a few times! A fantastic holiday and yes would definitely return again sometime 😀

It's a really great place to bring kids. The location is amazing, literally two minutes from all restaurants and a five minute walk from the water park. The complex itself has everything. Three pools, kids' play area, shops and cafes, and even a candy floss stand. It's also only 50 metres to the beach. The rooms are basic but well-cleaned and maintained by the hardworking cleaning staff who go above and beyond. The beds however are ridiculously hard, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep for all. I also witnessed fights and arguments breaking out over sun beds which was entertaining if not disconcerting. My family and I never used one, since our apartment was so close to the pools we had no need. So prepare to stand guard from 8am to claim a bed.

Sometimes I wish people would leave balanced reviews rather than critical reviews and they should focus on important things rather than some of the not so important things that 'entitled' people think matter. Overall the hotel is quite pleasant. I like the layout of the accommodation it's ground floor and first floor apartments with a kitchenette, couch and table so much better than just a bedroom in an apartment in a high rise. Check in time is 2:00 p.m. but unfortunately after arriving at 1:00 p.m. our room wasn't ready till 3:00 p.m, which was a shame. We had lunch, wandered about and hung around. When you go all inclusive, the main issue is food. I suspect every hotel that offers self service has issues with lukewarm food but usually there is a microwaves to heat it up. I don't think there's a way around getting piping up food when you are all inclusive? There is a specific pizza section in the restaurant but there is still a lot of choice, so you shouldn't go hungry. Some of the 'hot' food is a little bit bland. However, there is tons of variety. They did some theme nights - Mexican, Italian, Tapas and there was a grill counter - usually chicken/ pork dishes. Also tons of salad. Drinks are fine - San Miguel beer, local spirits and wine which are always going to be of lesser quality than branded drinks. The wine is drinkable - if you expect decent wine, don't book budget all inclusive. They also do some cocktails as part of the all inclusive, which were ok. Even though the kids have gone back to school in England they were a lot of kids about! But there are 3 pools - one waterpark for kids and the other two pools a bit quieter. Didn't really experience sunbed wars, there was always plenty of beds. Evening entertainment is generally aimed at kids/families. We went to the local square most nights (Jimmy Hills) to see tribute acts. The beach is not really a beach it's a gravel area. Apparently the sand has all been washed away? If you are slightly older and have mobility issues it is a bit tricky to walk down to. It is not a case of some steps down. Don't expect any sandy beaches unless you want to drive 30 minutes away. Mostly in the local area it's coves where you can swim / snorkel and they have some concreted areas to lie on. My partner suggested this was like Butlins-on-sea:-). She has a point, but for what you pay it's decent value. This is quite a big hotel catering for a lot of people. And it is suited to families. Occasionally you have a small queue for drinks, but nothing too drastic. On the whole the staff were great and the service decent. Don't expect 4/5 star as you didn't pay that kind of money. Overall we had a decent enough time.

We stayed here as an absolutely last minute holiday all inclusive for a week booked at midnight the night before! It was really good. The pools are busy but not crowded. The other guests were so friendly. Given it was an all inclusive hotel I didn't even once see a drunk person. And never saw anyone drinking by the pool. It was a family hotel full of children having the time of their lives. The rooms are adequate, I can't complain. Well, I don't think I sat on a comfortable chair for a week 😩. We also had free access to the water park included in our stay and we attended twice. It's a 5 min walk from the hotel and wasn't busy at all. You pay for food and drink here and it is the standard sort of prices you would expect at these types of places. I would definitely stay in this hotel again... but I wouldn't go all inclusive again. The food was okay, but I wouldn't ever say I enjoyed my meal, and the restaurants were just so busy! The town is honestly bursting with what seemed to be amazing bars and restaurants and I would have loved to have eaten out more and explored a little more. There is a beautiful cove beach around a 10min walk from the hotel. Loads of supermarkets and shops. But I did miss a market. We went snorkeling, to the water park and relaxed by the pool during our week. And I fell in love with Menorca. ❤️ I googled it and an article came up calling it the island of the millionaires and that made sense. Every building is beautifully kept. The entire island appears very affluent. And everyone speaks impeccable English!
