Perfect location and great value for money.
The hotel is only around 20 minutes from the airport (we paid €30 taxi to hotel), right on the beach front, and a supermarket and several restaurants are a few minutes walk away.
The hotel has a large swimming pool, with shade and sunbeds as required. The whole hotel was very clean and tidy, with very efficient room cleaning every morning.
We had a couple of minor issues in our room (blown light bulb and a small issue with the shower) – both issues dealt with within minutes – and the reception staff, and bar staff were extremely polite and helpful at all times.
We stayed for 4 nights – each evening there was different entertainment from 9.30pm. Every act was superb – highly professional and top quality. Probably the best hotel entertainment we have seen.
The only criticism we had was the quality of food at breakfast (for dinner we ate out at the various restaurants nearby).
Overall highly recommended and we will definitely stay again.

We had the best time ever (me and my child) as the hotel room was directly facing the beautiful beach and so close to it. We walked out of the pool to the beach and intended it to be a staycation. However we found a gorgeous Torre d'en Galmes stone Circle nearby by taxi and loved it. The beach itself was clean and it was sunny and bright in end of October. There was a cute Halloween face painting too on 31 October complimentary by the hotel. The person conducting the entertainment and bingo games in the evening was very kind and nice too. The room was good with balcony, tv, wi fi and hot water bath, toilet and bidet. Service was lovely inspite of language differences.
The only problem was food. We are Vegan as we are against animal exploitation and violence. It was truly sad to see hardly anything vegan except for some plant milk for coffee and some fruit in breakfast. Even the breads might not clearly be vegan due to additives although the staff claimed some bread was vegan. Nearby supermarket said even baguettes or breads are not vegan and we survived entirely on some vegan palmiers, bananas, juice and crisps purchased from the shop nearby. Only one restaurant nearby had a vegan pizza and burger and ran out of it by 7pm.
I wonder why they don't serve vegan food. We had brought our own vegan shampoo and bath products. Truly if people are nice they should be sensitive towards animals and be vegan friendly. It's just basic kindness. We feel extremely sad to see that people kill and eat poor innocent animals constantly and harm health and planet too with hardly any vegetable fibre or compassion. It's not human nature to be cruel. Therefore I will suggest the hotel go plant based in food and use vegan toiletries that can be used by all visitors. Other hotels in rest of Europe had vegan shampoo and soaps as well as a good vegan menu.

Overall great experience, the hotel has excellent facilities and plenty of food on offer at breakfast. The location is perfect for a stroll into the local resort shops/restaurants and very close to the beach. There is everything here for either a couple or family.

This is an amazing holiday destination if you want something simple. A break from reality- and it did this for me. 10 days dated 17th-27th September. Half board.
I spent 10 days in the sol milanos section of the hotel. It is absolutely spotless. Maids are fantastic, constantly cleaning throughout the hotel, 24 hour service at reception and bar staff could not do enough for you. Restaurant staff are impeccable and did not stop throughout the time we were there for food. 5/5 for their friendliness, time keeping and just sheer work ethnic.
I stayed on the 7th floor. The rooms are dated. They could do with a revamp, bit old style but as I said, simple. A bed a fridge a shower a balcony. Perfect. Maids popped water in aswell and were nice and early, nothing was too much for them.
I don't drink so I cannot comment on the drinks side and as we stayed half board we had bottles of soft drink, reasonably priced, they also offered the lunch buffet snack bar at 20 euros each (for each day assuming). They have a cup system using reusable cups with chips that are given to you at the beginning of your stay. Good system.
Food. This was the downfall. Cannot fault the range of food offered at this hotel. They have everything. The quality was the issue. Breakfast was okay lots on offer. Evening meal struggled as meat was often chewy when we did eat opted for the pizza (which was amazing!) Lasagne and chips. Plenty of places to eat out in the area but this was just our personal opinion the hotel caters for a huge number of guests!
Location, I was blown away by the beauty of son bou. Less than 100m to the beach. The sunbeds are not owned by hotel so for two sunbeds and parasol, they were 20 euros but we spent the whole day at beach. Food/drinks located on beach too.
I firmly believe in no expectations when visiting places.
If your looking to get away from the real world and just need some sun sea and sand then please visit this hotel.
Thank you for an amazing 10 days.

We've just had. wonderful week in Monorca. The location of the hotel was brilliant & the sea, especially first thing in the morning, is beautiful in Son Bou.
The food at the hotel was great & the pool fantastic too. The staff we all brilliant, in all parts of the hotel & hospitality, most notably Laura, who was cleaning the rooms on our floor. She was lovely, friendly & very patient. We saw her most days & she really added to our holiday.
The low star score for the room was because the bed was uncomfortable & the air-con not really working well.
We had a brilliant time there though - thanks for looking after us!
