I stayed at this hotel with my daughter. Very nice hotel at a very nice location at the beach. Far from the capital city of the island, but this hotel is ideal for families who like to relax. Food is very good, service and staff of the hotel also very very good. Rooms are clean with lots of space and big balcony. The spa and wellness are also very relaxing with good service. In the street of the hotel nice souvenirshops and nice restaurants at the boulevard with beautiful sea views.

I have been here 1 week and in was good vacation. Excellent dinner with a lot of sea food and big variety. 5 min to the beach, interesting evening entertainment service and good location. I recommend to stay in this hotel for couples, families with kids, businesses(in the hotel you can find conference room, good Ethernet connection and other important thing). Managers and other staff very diligent and if you have any question/issue - they'll find solution and help you)

Unfortunately the hotel did not meet our expectations. We are a family of 5, but hotel restaurant only has tables for 4 and the staff was absolutely rude when we tried to find a way to dine all together.
All inclusive snack Bar is very poor, no fries, pizza etc. Just the cheapest sandwiches.
It seems to me that the hotel is just trying to maximise profits and go as cheap as possible for the visitors. There are not enough Beach towels, glasses are always finished at the buffet etc.
It really is a shame that the service & quality are so inadecuate as the pool and the wiew are very nice.
Also the room is in a need of renovation as the shower is really uncomfortable and after showering there is water all over the floor.

2 stars for food:
-small choice of food and quality for 4 stars should be better.
A large number of salads with pasta and mayonnaise or cereals. 4 days in a row there were burger patties. Very little variety. On the first day there was a good selection of seafood, but then 6 days there was none except grilled fish. The breakfast pancakes were tough. Very often there was only one soup with no choice. Also we had an unfortunate incident with dessert.
3 stars for room comfort:
-the mattresses were comfortable, there was still water in the fridge at the time of check-in.
It is inconvenient that there were two beds connected together, but this is not critical.
The big disadvantage is the transparent window to the toilet on half the wall. There is also no lock on the door. At night, if one person gets up to use the toilet and turns on the light there, then it shines on the whole room too.
4 stars for the SPA:
-The spa is good with plenty of activities. But unfortunately in the first two days the hammam and sauna did not work. The next few days everything worked great.
I don’t know how popular a nudist sauna is, but it would be cool to add salt and aroma saunas, and in the main one you can make tinted glass and cover yourself with towels.
5 stars for cleaning:
-Housekeeping was good, room was clean. The woman managed to clean up very quickly, including washing the floors, so there was no dust and sand on the floors.
5 stars for bar and drink selections:
-Staff was very polite and helpful. Non alcohol cocktails was good, strange that non alcohol mojito not included in all inclusive gold.
In summary I would like to put 3.5 stars but as far as Google do not provide possibility to make half stars my result will be - 3 stars.

I will have to split the review into several parts. So here we go:
Food:
Quite good, not amazing but definitely good. Saladbar was really nice and the changing food every day was also well done. I would have personally wished for a more diverse food choice, since this is a 4* superior hotel. After a week the food repeated and that made it a little "uninteresting" for us. For breakfast there was toast, Joghurts, different milk types etc. However the cereal choice had a lot to be desired, the pancakes tasted stale and could have been made fresh - the facilities offer the possibility! The omelette option in the morning was great but often quite salty for some reason. Overall food a solid 4/5
Rooms:
The rooms in general were nice. The view over the hotel is fine and the view to the sea is awesome 👍the mattress was okay for us. however I have to complain about the "air conditioning" which was a joke. A standard AC should work and be able to cool a room down below 20°C. This one was a "soft fart of a little baby". Even after asking reception to check it out, it was still terribly ineffective. Cooling the room was only possible by opening the room door and the balcony and hope for wind. Abismal to be honest and the reason to give the room only a 2/5 rating which really was annoying for us, especially with a baby that couldn't sleep in the 25°C room.
Service:
Steady room cleaning, above average friendly staff, good service overall and motivated people. Good barkeeping and service in the dining room and the "show area". 5/5 for that.
Entertainment:
While we were here the people in charge of activities were happy to engage with the guests but a little reluctant at times. Still offered fun activities and workouts although it was often not clear where they start or end and how to sign up or participate. There I cannot speak too much about it, but we've managed to be part of darts and aqua sports which both was nice to have and do. 4/5.
Pool and pool area:
It was nice to have 2 pool areas, one for actual swimming and one for fun activities and children. It is possible to stay in a quiet area and enjoy the time there or just stay at the main pool area. Also the sun deck area was worth a visit since it was elevated from both pool areas. 4/5
Shows:
The shows in the evening were mildly entertaining for us. The magician or rather clown with a few magic tricks was okay and the Tina turner show was nice to hear. Otherwise it did not hit the mark and was just "something different to end the day". 3/5. I believe the shows are more suited for kids, but the time is quite late with a starting time of 9:30pm.
Beach:
Since the beach is quite close ( roughly 200m down the street we enjoyed it quite a lot to go there. Even though you have to pay for a place in the shade usually, it was still quite enjoyable. It does not belong to the hotel but the distance to travel is a clear 4/5.
Gym:
The gym is actually NOT located on site and you have to go to a partner hotel the ferrer concord. That was not entire clear from our booking site and for me it should have been part of the hotel. The equipment itself was good but several nice things could be added and upgraded. Just a few examples: there are no Curl bars, the treadmill is broken, there is only one adjustable abs trainer with leg rests instead of a real weight bench. That was disappointing. The other equipment is a little outdated in comparison to what we have available at home and in our standard Gym.
All in all:
The service upped the hotels review since they really tried to make the trip and vacation nice. Kudos to them. Otherwise I was a little disappointed in several things as pointed out and the AC really left a terrible impression. I understand that ACs in general activate at a certain temperature level, however if that temp is set to 25°C then the AC is worthless to me. Sleeping average temperature should be between 16-19°C for a healthy and scientifically proven good night's rest. It has never been and therefore impacted our sleep and therefore our holiday.
