This hotel is very centrally located on Soller Beach, making in the perfect spot to cycle in and out of. We had access to the best restaurants, cycling routes and beaches all at our doorstep. Not to mention the fabulous breakfast spread every morning looking out on the ocean. Finally, the staff were so kind and accommodating and truly helped make our trip extra special -- we'll be back!

This hotel is across the road from the beach, the staff on reception are friendly and very helpful. The down side is that it doesn't have a pool, but shares one with another Fergus hotel a few blocks away. The breakfast are good and other meals are available through the day. The reply from the hotel to my initial review is that the other hotel is also a Fergus hotel. I was aware of that, but who owns the hotel is irrelevant in this regard, the pool that is available to Fergus Style Soller Beach is, in my opinion, unfit for purpose.

I recently tried to book a room at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the customer service. Despite being a potential customer, I found the staff unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate a reasonable request for a standard room at a fair price. Their lack of flexibility and unwillingness to work with me, even on short notice, was quite frustrating.
I do not recommend this hotel if you're looking for good customer service and a willingness to meet your needs as a guest. There are plenty of other hotels that are more accommodating and understanding of their guests' needs.

We stayed here early June 2024, and we had a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff are amazingly helpful and the facilities are great. The only downside is that the small pool is in a seperate part of the hotel, but it is actually very peaceful and an ideal spot for those who don't like sand in their clothes!
The food at the hotel is very good, Ciales Restaurant's chef is damn good and we never had a bad meal there. I recommend having the club sandwich, the bread is toasted in olive oil and the portion is enormous!
The breakfast buffet is also exceptional with all manner of food options available, including a Balearic table where local breakfast options are prepared; the pulled pork empenadas are the best things ever!!
The rooms are a little basic, but are comfortable enough and with a really effective A/C to make the room welcoming after a day out. The cleaning staff are amazing, very friendly and always chatting to you, plus very efficient. If you put a sign up saying your room can be cleaned first thing, it is normally done by 11am, the only time it may be delayed is on changeover days.
All-in-all this is a really good hotel, perfectly placed halfway along the bay promenade and only 25m from the beach. It is only 150m from the tram terminus too, ideal if youo want to pop up to Soller (Well worth a trip) or on to Palma.
We'll be going back in September for a week, we loved the place so much.

This was our fifth time at FERGUS Style Soller Beach.
The location of the hotel is right on the beach and in the morning at breakfast the beautiful tram (which connects Soller and Port Soller) passes by - simply fantastic. We love this atmosphere.
The promenade of Port de Soller is perfect for strolling and visiting great restaurants.
The location is also ideal for hiking and cycling tours. For example, every morning we walk either to the Far del Cap Gros lighthouse, to Torre Picada or to Soller.
The hotel, the rooms, the pool area are very clean and well maintained. All employees are extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offers a very large selection and the table with Mallorcan specialties (different delicious dishes every day) is really great. If you book a room with a sea view you have a beautiful view of the bay of Port de Soller.
Like every year, our stay at the Hotel Fergus was perfect again and we have Catarina and her team to thank for that :-)
Conclusion: We love the hotel, its employees and will definitely come back :-)
