⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at FERGUS Style Cala Blanca Suites was absolutely perfect! We spent a week here for a family holiday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, and the entire hotel was kept incredibly clean throughout our stay. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Ana, the manager, who truly went above and beyond. After a lovely conversation with her, she surprised us by sending a bottle of champagne to our room, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more memorable! The hotel’s location, amenities, and overall atmosphere were perfect for a relaxing family getaway. We had an amazing time and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fantastic, stress-free holiday experience!

Travelled with my partner and 2 year old granddaughter this is a lovely hotel in a great location, room was spacious and cleaned every day, all other areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean, All the staff were polite and always smiling, kids entertainers were brilliant and went out of there way to include all kids no matter what age, they had great night time entertainment with in house shows and visiting acts. The food was absolutely lovely with plenty of choice and it was always warm and fresh. The pool area is a bit small but was fine for the time of year we went, all in all a great holiday and we would definitely return

Staff are very friendly, they make the hotel a success for sure. Food is one of the best all inclusive’s we’ve been to. The complex is small and restaurant busy at times with a queue to get seated. Rooms are lovely but walls are paper thin and if you have a snorer next door you’ll know about it! Would be handy to have more than one bar open at once as a fair way to travel if you are in your room to get a drink from the pool bar. Housekeeping is hit and miss (well it was for us) only one tiny bin in your room. Pool area small and seating not great as not enough room for everyone. And the sun only hits a certain area by the pool each day. Most is in the shade. Sunsets are phenomenal here. Sea is close but there isn’t a beach to speak of. Lovely walk into Santa ponsa along the sea, where you can hire a bed for the day with full sun all day long. Drinks nice and good to see less sugar in the soft drinks. Evening entertainment is family Orientated and fun. We enjoyed watching it from our balcony most evenings. Doors slam to rooms which everyone knows about. Lifts mostly out of order so lots of stairs. Nice choice of bars and restaurants near the hotel but beware of the Chinese my son got food poisoning there.

Me and the family had a great experience at this hotel. The place was always clean, the staff were fantastic and very helpful and happy. The food choice was always great at all 3 meals, even the kids loved the food. The entertainment staff were nothing short of amazing and a great laugh. The only gripe I had was the pool/pool area. It's just not big enough for the hotel and, at times, felt overcrowded. This is the only reason for the 4 stars, other than the pool, the hotel,staff,food and location were fantastic.

Good but as many reviews say there are issues. Starting with good, location is good with nice views and 15 minute walk to Santa ponsa beachfront itself. Food was hot, yes it can be a little repetitive but that’s all inclusive for you so no moaning on that front. Major issues as the pool area and sunbeds are simply not enough for the amount of guests staying, as mentioned in other reviews you end up having to get up mega early to actually get a sunbed otherwise you won’t have one for the day. Round by the pool is also very slippy and have seen several people fall, there doesn’t seam to be many staff monitoring this either. The pool isn’t big enough for all the guests and it you want a swim forget it. Another key issue is the pool bar, no snacks at all unless you pay for crisps but that’s about all you can buy, it also doesn’t open until 11am so if you have had breakfast first thing and manage to get a sunbed you will have to wait until then for a drink. If you’re hungry before lunch (12.30) then it’s tough luck I’m afraid and same after lunch unless you keep going back to restaurant. They need to keep the other open in the day really to cover how busy it gets but that doesn’t open until 5pm. And I have never been somewhere all inclusive that doesn’t have a snack bar for between meals, with 3 kids this can be tricky. Hotel is clean but rooms for a large family are tiny, again as mentioned by others in reviews, its seams a similar pattern of issues but the hotel don’t seem that bothered. Overall had an alright time but would not return or recommend to anyone, for the price you will find better.
