Family of vegetarians and mobility challenges had an excellent stay: They immediately and consistently treat you with friendly courtesy that persists throughout the stay. The accommodations are accessed via golf carts which are frequent enough and easily available. My wife is mobility challenged and this place has ramps essentially everywhere. The beach is modest but adequate with cabanas, seating, and dedicated bar. The walk to the beach is negligible. The breakfast buffet was quite good quality and variety but again it is the consistently courteous service that bears repeating. The restaurant manager was proactively seeking out ways to make us comfortable. The food is quite good with a mix of local and modified options. Even though i eat everything, my family is vegetarian and they were quite happy with the options. Their menu is quite explicit about ingredients! My children absolutely loved the private pool which is why i felt comfortable giving the rooms 5 stars (otherwise i would have said 4 stars as the room was on the small side compared with other hotels) and it was well air conditioned and well maintained each time we returned. We had an excellent experience here.

We spent 5 days at this resort and loved every minute. Our two bedroom family villa was lovely, modern, with fabulous views of the sea. The half board package was outstanding as the breakfasts were amazing, both the buffet and a la cart. We could then decide whether our second meal was lunch or dinner which was great as we enjoyed going into town for dinner. The culinary experience at the resort was truly superb. Every meal was delightful.
It was an easy 25 minute walk to town with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants and a short taxi ride back at the end of the evening. Our sons 19, 20, 26 all had a great time, enjoyed all the amenities including the outdoor gym and the night life in town.
The spa treatment (massage) was outstanding… Equally important to the luxury of this property was the fact that the entire staff went out of their way to make this an incredible stay for our family. We stayed in several places in Greece and bar none the staff at Dome Zeen was second to none.

In mid May we enjoyed our second 7-night stay at the wonderful Domes Zeen, and it was just as memorable as our first visit. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The resort itself is beautifully designed, offering a serene and luxurious atmosphere that instantly makes you feel relaxed and pampered.
We opted for the half-board package, and the food was absolutely delicious. Each meal was a delightful culinary experience, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The quality and presentation of the dishes were consistently excellent, making dining a highlight of our stay.
The staff at Domes Zeen were exceptional, always attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any request. Their hospitality added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel truly welcome.
The only downside to our stay was the number of small children around the pool area. There was quite a bit of splashing and noise, which occasionally disrupted the otherwise tranquil environment. While families with children might find this a positive aspect, those seeking a quieter experience around the pool might find it a bit challenging.
Overall, despite the minor inconvenience around the pool, our stay at Domes Zeen was fantastic. We highly recommend this resort for its superb food, excellent service, and beautiful setting. We look forward to returning in the future!

Amazing!
The hotel is stylish, modern and looks amazing. Love the design of the buildings and the landscaping.
Our room was large, airy and comfortable. We had a private plunge pool in a walled garden attached to our room which was a massive bonus during a heatwave!
Rooms kept lovely and clean and the pillow menu was a nice touch.
The service was fantastic. Stella in the restaurant was fantastic, accommodating, professional and very friendly. It was a pleasure to chat to her every evening.
Marina and her team in the spa were so good that we had to go back for more treatments before we left- the treatments were fantastic, with a huge range of options and left us feeling relaxed and renewed.
The food was good, with a good variety of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Location was great - a nice private beach, but close enough to other very nice beaches and a short drive to the old town of Chania.
The hotel is spread down a hill, so less mobile people might find this difficult, but an efficient buggy service is available.
Would recommend without hesitation. In fact, we are booking again and this time are bringing my father and his wife for his 60th birthday.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and both agreed this is our favorite hotel we've ever stayed in! From the beauty of the hotel, the fantastic amenities provided, the comfort of the accommodations, and the incredible customer service/attention to detail...everything was PERFECT! The hotel is secluded enough (and sooo quiet and peaceful) but only a short distance to the center of Chania/harbor area. One of our favorite things about the hotel was the outdoor gym and the INCREDIBLE breakfast buffet. We would recommend Domes Zeen to anyone and hope to visit again in the future!
