Pro: The location of the resort is wonderful! The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked very well, and the room was cleaned every day. The staff was very professional... perfect service (at the beach bar, restaurant, and other places where drinks were served). I liked that the staff always helped immediately with a smile on their faces. The whole place is amazing. Contra: There are some things that don't work... for example, the fountain, the restaurant that isn't operational, and some areas that could be better maintained.

The hotel was very nice, there were nice pools and the beach was very nice where we were there. During the autumn holidays it wasn't so busy and we didn't always have to reserve sunbeds at the beach. We had a room that was right next to a pool which was very quiet and relaxed. But at the main pool you had to reserve sunbeds otherwise they were all gone. At first we thought there wouldn't be much entertainment and activities. That was the case at the beginning. The first two days we didn't know where the activities might be during the day. But it turned out that there were shows and aqua fitness by the jetty at the main pool and at the beginning there was some kind of game in the evening where you had to guess the songs but it was a bit stupid because they spoke French and we didn't understand anything but then for the last three days there was real live music and on the last day there was an Al White party. There was a little show and an entertainer sang and danced beautifully, so that was very, very nice, but now we come to the bad part of the holiday, the room. We had a room for three people and as soon as we walked in there were ants. The shower wasn't clean and had a bit of limescale on it and it just wasn't clean. Then our safe didn't work one time and we didn't have a telephone to call and they said we had a telephone and so on, but we didn't, so we would have to go to reception and let them know, but it was all sorted out and they were very friendly, but it was just a shame that we didn't have a telephone, but otherwise it's a very nice hotel with very friendly staff and entertainment, the room just wasn't the best. Maybe it was just ours. The drinks at the bar were good, but there were only three non-alcoholic cocktails which were included in the price, and the drinks always had some sweet stuff in them which wasn't really my taste.

This is a fabulous resort! The staff are amazing and friendly and nothing is too much, always welcoming with a smile and a lovely greeting. The whole resort is a wonderful setting, from private beach, to pools and the spa. The view from our room! Well so incredible! To wake up to that each morning waz fabulous. Everything was perfect. Thank you Out of The Blue. We had a very special holiday.

I wouldn’t usually write a review but as a family of 6 with a disabled child, i wished someone had written this review before we spent thousands of pounds on the 4 bed maisonette. We have stayed at a lot of 5 star hotels in Greece but this is NOT 5 star quality. The private pool in our room was a health hazard,! Something you’d expect in a budget hotel. Our first evening we all looked at each other and thought - what have we done. We have never been so disappointed when arriving on our holidays. The food thankfully after the 1st evening did improve but if you are a family with young children or disabled persons, this is not the place for you. It is extremely hilly, with only 2 golf cars to help people get around a very large complex. We saw so many families with very young children struggling up the hills. Sun loungers, forget them. They have 200 sun-beds and 1000 guests, no sun-beds at all. Even if you did wake up at 5am to find a bed, you were beaten to it. We relied on our broken pool or a chair we could find to keep us all cool. On a positive note though, the views were stunning
