The hotel was very nice, there were nice pools and the beach was very nice where we were there. During the autumn holidays it wasn't so busy and we didn't always have to reserve sunbeds at the beach. We had a room that was right next to a pool which was very quiet and relaxed. But at the main pool you had to reserve sunbeds otherwise they were all gone. At first we thought there wouldn't be much entertainment and activities. That was the case at the beginning. The first two days we didn't know where the activities might be during the day. But it turned out that there were shows and aqua fitness by the jetty at the main pool and at the beginning there was some kind of game in the evening where you had to guess the songs but it was a bit stupid because they spoke French and we didn't understand anything but then for the last three days there was real live music and on the last day there was an Al White party. There was a little show and an entertainer sang and danced beautifully, so that was very, very nice, but now we come to the bad part of the holiday, the room. We had a room for three people and as soon as we walked in there were ants. The shower wasn't clean and had a bit of limescale on it and it just wasn't clean. Then our safe didn't work one time and we didn't have a telephone to call and they said we had a telephone and so on, but we didn't, so we would have to go to reception and let them know, but it was all sorted out and they were very friendly, but it was just a shame that we didn't have a telephone, but otherwise it's a very nice hotel with very friendly staff and entertainment, the room just wasn't the best. Maybe it was just ours. The drinks at the bar were good, but there were only three non-alcoholic cocktails which were included in the price, and the drinks always had some sweet stuff in them which wasn't really my taste.

This is a fabulous resort! The staff are amazing and friendly and nothing is too much, always welcoming with a smile and a lovely greeting. The whole resort is a wonderful setting, from private beach, to pools and the spa. The view from our room! Well so incredible! To wake up to that each morning waz fabulous. Everything was perfect. Thank you Out of The Blue. We had a very special holiday.

A very pleasant hotel. Good food. Good location. Maybe more entertainment should be organized for children, and the "Minotaur's Labyrinth" playground needs to be put in order. Thank you for the stay!

We are extremely disappointed with the resort’s (lack of) customer service!
Since November, we have been trying to get a wedding quote for May, and after three months, we still haven’t received it – this is simply unacceptable. We sent over 10 emails, Instagram, and Facebook messages from multiple accounts, yet it’s unbelievable how they just ignored us.
As an international wedding planner, I communicate with 10-20 hotels daily. The longest response time I usually encounter is one week in the low season and two weeks in the high season. The issue here is not that they didn’t receive our messages—because they always replied to the first email—but then they disappeared, no matter how many follow-ups I sent! If they had no availability, they could have just said so. Instead, the poor couple were waiting for their response every single day, as this was their first-choice venue, and they had no backup plan—we put everything on this one option.
Luckily, I found another hotel’s venue in Crete where the customer service is truly five-star, and they responded within a day. If we had kept waiting for this resort, the couple would now be left without a venue just three months before their wedding.
It’s truly disheartening to see that such a supposedly five-star venue can be so unreliable!

Pro: The location of the resort is wonderful! The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked very well, and the room was cleaned every day. The staff was very professional... perfect service (at the beach bar, restaurant, and other places where drinks were served). I liked that the staff always helped immediately with a smile on their faces. The whole place is amazing.
Contra: There are some things that don't work... for example, the fountain, the restaurant that isn't operational, and some areas that could be better maintained.
