Location is on the beach, kids pool very dirty, other one small and too crowded. Food is ok you can always find something tasty a lot variety.
Rooms on the ground level have mold both on curtains and walls.

Don't come here if you want a pool stay as it's tiny and as the sea is not suitable for kids the pool is over run but them screaming all day until 9 ISH. ( Can't blame them for that). Don't expect a bed as the German guest reserve from 11ish at night with inflatables etc.
And to use the sunbeds on the beach (for the resort) and extra 7 or 20 euros a day (which doesn't even have padded beds, unless you pay 20).
Flight was at 11pm so for a late checkout had to pay an extra 60 euros.....

We had a 10 days stay with our 3years old child. Unfortunately we can not agree with the stars the hotel has and would not visit it again.
Positive was:
- directly at the beach
- silent
- friendly staff
- you can walk to the city in approximately 30 -40 mins
- mini marked is close
Negative/to improve:
- all inclusive but not good quality ( almost every day the same, no fresh cooked food, juices are more Sirup and without water not to drink for us)
- food is more like casino food (long time at a heating plate)
- fruits taste not like in the south’s and a lot of can fruits instead of fresh and healthy ones (wouldn’t be so picky but at the homepage they highlight the food)
- all inclusive drinks at the bar are with low quality (cheap alcohol) you get cheap coffee and for the better one you have to pay
- sun beds at the beach must be payed
- too less sunbeds at the pool, most of them are reserved by people in the early morning and nobody is there for long time. At the big pool are almost no sun umbrellas
- the water in the children’s pool needs to be changed and contains a lot of chlor
- playground is nice but at the slides you could not slide you stop
- the hotel used just plastic cups/glasses, very unfriendly for the environment (not reusable)
- they do not offer pool towels for free, you have to pay a deposit of each and money for washing them
- beach contains more stones as sand
- rooms could be cleaned better (we had ants and sand there)

A great place for a family with children. Very good location, near the beach. The sun lounger on the beach is paid extra, but in my opinion it was fine. Otherwise I couldn't use it. This was the case in the hotel where everything was "booked" by the guest's towels :(
Good quality and fresh food. Not the best restaurant, but I wasn't disappointed. The hotel rooms are of a good standard, they are clean and service can be done daily.
One downside is very personal and relates to smoking. Smoking is allowed almost everywhere which conflicts with the child friendly policy.

My family and I recently stayed at Dimitrios Village Hotel, and we had a pleasant experience overall. The warm welcome and helpfulness of the staff made us feel right at home. The hotel is set in a nice location, creating a pleasant atmosphere for our stay.
While there were many positive aspects, I would like to highlight a couple of areas for improvement. The main restaurant at the hotel had limited choices and lacked variety in the meal options. Additionally, there was a limited selection of beverages available, which could be expanded to cater to different preferences.
One aspect that initially impacted our experience was the cleanliness of the rooms. In the first few days, the housekeeping was subpar, and the attitude of the cleaning staff was unpleasant. However, after reporting the issue to the reception, Mr. Yannis promptly addressed the situation and replaced the housekeeper with Kristina. From that point on, we noticed a significant improvement in the cleanliness of our rooms.
On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and provided ample space for our family. However, I did notice that there was room for improvement in terms of soundproofing. Enhancing the acoustic insulation would be a valuable addition to enhance the overall comfort of the stay.
Overall, I would recommend Dimitrios Village Hotel, particularly for large families and shorter stays. The friendly and helpful staff, combined with the comfortable rooms (once the cleanliness issue was resolved), create a welcoming atmosphere.
