Spotted some negative reviews and nearly didn't book... I'm so glad, the place was perfect for the family, a good safe environment for the kids, very friendly staff, helpful, plenty of things to keep the kids occupied, all the pools were fantastic as well as the slides...food, snacks & drinks available all day. A good variety each day, you would never get hungry... the pool bar staff looked after me 👍. The night shows were very enjoyable to all. I will definitely be coming back next year!

Just returned from stay at Cyprotel Faliraki. On arrival greeted by friendly staff, hotel is split into blocks which gives it a smaller feeling, all within easy distance to reception, restaurant, shop and bar. Restaurant and food were really good throughout the stay with different themes on food, poolside snack bar for meals between meals if required, 3 fantastic swimming pools, each with a different amenity , cocktails and soft drinks at the swim up bar at main pool, staff work tirelessly to serve everyone. Entertainment team making sure everyone has a great time throughout the day and night. Location is just on the edge of town which if you like peace and quiet is ideal. Plenty free buses to take you to the centre. All in all a very clean, friendly and well run hotel. A solid 8/10, Made a lasting impression for first trip to Rhodes and certainly a place I'd return again.

When we arrived they wouldn't let us in because we booked a room for 4 persons but we were 5. we were willing to pay extra for the kid that was 5 years old but they said they had a policy that the maximum people in one room is 4 so they wanted us to book 2 rooms (one room was 1000 euros) so we asked them to cancel our reservation but they didn't want to give us our money back. So not only did they not not let us in our room that we booked but also didn't let us cancel our reservation. At the end we bought the other room and the hotel wasn't the best. The slides were not so exiting, the room was bad and a lot of stuff were broken and the food was not great. but the location was very good at the beach you could rent a boat and the worker there was extremely nice (shoutout to Nicko for being so nice). The boat itself was very nice but the places you get to go to are amazing.

Hello, I would like to share my opinion about this hotel. I sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families with children of different ages. Due to the good water park and swimming pools for both smaller children and adults, we were served tasty food and drinks every day. The hotel staff was very nice, you can see that the hotel manager cares about it. so that guests feel at home here. I would also like to add that the rescuers and first aid here are also at a very high level and know their job. Special appreciation goes to Mr. Panajotis, who took great care to ensure that our daughter recovered as quickly as possible after a minor accident. I sincerely recommend it👍

Nice and clean hotel , food nice but a bit of the same variety everyday , staff were all friendly and welcoming , my partner had an infected cut on his hand which was treated by a lifeguard called Panagiotis who then went out of his way everyday to seek him out to clean and treat it , very professional guy with which he was more than happy with!!! Overall lovely holiday would go back again , staff 10/10
