We have just returned from an amazing family holiday with our 2.5 year old. This hotel has absolutely everything you need. We stayed for 1 week, only a short drive from the airport which is perfect with a little one. The hotel is beautiful, with such a Greek feel around the place, beautiful plants everywhere. The pools are so clean & the water park is amazing for all ages. Me and my husband love the slides. The food was one of the best we have had at an all inclusive resort. Such amazing choices and love they you can visit all of the restaurants too! The staff are so friendly, a special mention to Stella how is a waitress in the main restaurant for lunch and dinner, her service was amazing & she went above and beyond for us - excellent with the little touches and wine suggestions. The drinks were also amazing, so much choice everywhere and loved how many bars there were around to visit. The entertainment in the evening was perfect for our toddler, lots of fun and dancing. Its an all inclusive resort food needs to level up. The resort was great you have to get up early to get a spot at the poolside for the day. Our room was pretty decent sea view and easy access to the main area.

Liked · Staff, was exceptional, always smiling., polite and helpful. You can see that Creta Maris is managed by a very professional and competent team. Beach was terrific. The whole place is kept very clean. You can find good snacks and drinks all day long. We used their Android app during our stay and managed restaurant reservations and all other requests by ourselves without calling or visiting the reception desk even once.
Disliked · Even though it was not allowed to reserve sunbeds, this policy was not enforced. Almost impossible to find a shade next to the pools after 8 AM. The room that we stayed in the main building was not up to the standard of the rest of the resort. It was well maintained and very clean but showed its age.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The food, especially the meals at the restaurant, was absolutely amazing—every dish was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The reception staff was very attentive, always accommodating everything we asked for with a smile. Our room was spacious and comfortably. We will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!
