We have just returned from an amazing family holiday with our 2.5 year old. This hotel has absolutely everything you need. We stayed for 1 week, only a short drive from the airport which is perfect with a little one. The hotel is beautiful, with such a Greek feel around the place, beautiful plants everywhere. The pools are so clean & the water park is amazing for all ages. Me and my husband love the slides. The food was one of the best we have had at an all inclusive resort. Such amazing choices and love they you can visit all of the restaurants too! The staff are so friendly, a special mention to Stella how is a waitress in the main restaurant for lunch and dinner, her service was amazing & she went above and beyond for us - excellent with the little touches and wine suggestions. The drinks were also amazing, so much choice everywhere and loved how many bars there were around to visit. The entertainment in the evening was perfect for our toddler, lots of fun and dancing. Thank you for the great memories.

I'll start by saying the food is great. A lot of options for every taste.
The resort is very large and offers a lot of options to spend the holidays.
The most annoying thing during our holidays was the silent fight for sunbeds. The hotel has a no-reservation policy, a lot of signs everywhere, but the policy is not enforced. Never. So when you have a 600+ rooms resort and a limited number of sunbeds, you must enforce the no reservation policy.
The beach is fine, but there are huge underwater rocks near the shore when you get into the sea. You have to choose your path carefully in order to avoid them.
Regarding the available drinks, they didn't even refresh the sparkling water in the room minibar. So, after paying hundreds of euros per room per night for all inclusive you have to go to the supermarket and buy sparkling water. What a disgrace!
Also, the quality of the wines included in the all inclusive program was less than average.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Creta Maris Resort, and I can't say enough positive things about this experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The resort itself STUNNING!
The resort offers a wide range of activities, from relaxing by the multiple pools to enjoying water sports at the beach, which is just steps away. The on-site restaurants were fantastic, offering a variety of delicious local and international cuisine, with special mention to the authentic Cretan dishes that were simply mouthwatering.
One of the highlights was the level of service – every staff member went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Especially great attitude towards the kids and babies.
For families, couples, or solo travelers looking for a mix of relaxation, adventure, and culture, Creta Maris has it all. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and can’t wait to return! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Crete!
The only small thing that could be changed: shows for kids should be earlier, 9.30 pm is late for kids.

Just got back from an amazing 8 night stay here and it was fantastic.
The Hotel itself is spotless and has been beautifully decorated and maintained. Check in was smooth and easy and every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. We booked a garden view room and it was perfect for our needs. We did get a bungalow with a connecting door to another room so it was a bit noisy and lacked a little privacy so we asked to move rooms and the staff were extremely accommodating. By the third night of our stay we were in a new bungalow room which was perfect. We were called by the reception in the morning and in our new room by 11. Very comfy beds and a well equipped bathroom. We had a huge balcony in our new room and was perfectly situated in a quiet area but not too far from amenities. The restaurants and bars were excellent. Cocktails were professionally made and the buffet food was the best I’ve ever eaten. The a la carte restaurants were good with a nice selection of freshly cooked dishes. We particularly liked the farm to table restaurant. We weren’t lucky enough to try all the restaurants as they would tend to be fully booked if you don’t book them in the morning. The steak restaurant was good however the steak itself was quite dry. The pools and beach areas were spotless and very relaxing however the only criticism for the whole hotel is that by around 10am there were no sun loungers left on the beach but this is more of a criticism of the hotels guests. I would definitely recommend a holiday here and could easily spend longer here. Most certainly the best hotel I’ve stayed at.
