The hotel and staff are very good. But I think they took shots of the outside from an elongated view which makes it look much bigger than it is. The food is good, rooms are not big enough for 3 .We think they need updating to be 4 *. No Kettle or tea/coffee. First time I've had this. On a wet day like today there is only 2 places to go , your room or around reception or the bar. Good job as a few people have gone home so more space. It's a lovely place in the grounds all things considered. But it's isolated outside, to our left it's over one mile to anywhere, to the right it's over 8 miles. Buses run regularly but you need to know where you are going. Sadly I won't return because of the location . There are also feral cats and kittens that get comfortable on the sofa in reception.

Visited during low season just for a day (day passes available even if you are not staying here). Great small waterpark for kids, and in low season the day pass was really good value for money with good food, snacks etc. included in addition to the water park usage.
Staff was really friendly and helpful. The place is relatively easy to reach even by bus (even easier with car), but is a bit remote if you consider staying and would like to do other things besides enjoying all-inclusive by-the-pool holiday (nothing wrong with that!).

Thank you Chrispy staff for the great time. The room were clean. The food was local and good. The hotel is ideal for a family who want to spend time toghether. We envoy a day in Chania, it was only 25 minutes from the Hotel and it's a great place to visit.
The staff did extra miles to make everything possible.

Just got back from here and me and my family had a great time. A really nice resort with two great pools, water park was small but good. Not overcrowded so no fighting for sunbeds. Entertainment was really good. Our room was nice and clean. Shower was a bit awkward to get in and out because of fixed shower screen. No kettle in the room but apparently you have to ask for one which we didnt know. The food was typical for an all inclusive but having fussy kids they did struggle to enjoy it. They did like the pizza and the ice cream. We did find chips were often cold and the breakfast wasnt that great. However me and my partner always found something nice to eat and the desserts were always really good. There is a bus stop right outside so you can easily get to all the gift shops and restraunts aswell as the beach for watersports. Overall a great family resort and we were sad to leave.

The hotel is in a quiet area, great for people who like to stay at the hotel.
We can praise the room- always clean. Waterpark is ok but sometimes people keep waiting for the inflatable rings for the slides as others will keep going round and round.
The lifeguard on the slides was great and the slides were open from 10am-6pm with a short break in between.
There was a mini market at the hotel, so you can buy necessary items and souvenirs with appropriate prices.
Evening entertainment is ok...but disco night was a joke...15 min disco and the rest musical chairs for kids.
Area around pool and bathrooms very slippery and there was an accident when elderly women slipped at the pool and hit her head badly.
Food....well I do not know where to start...the staff do not oversee cats which walk on the food counters and jump on tables..
Breakfast was the best part of the day...
But lunch and dinner- french fries were cold...the same pizza everyday...the same pudding daily...and to be honest not so much choice.
Cups for drinks were dirty...the same for the cutlery...
Generally....the waterpark, room, Greek night, abba night and acrobatics night were the most memorable.
