Spent a week here and it was super. The staff were great, the breakfast was great, the pool was so good. The lobby is small but that's also ok.
The location is on a bus route into the city and into the beach so that's good;
The snacks and lunches from the eating area are decent quality, and are very tasty.
The service by the pool is good. The rooms are a good size and the beds are ok. The team that clean the rooms are super as they are in and out quickly and they are thorough.
The team at the lobby/entrance were friendly and helped you check in quickly ao that was good.
What would be a challenge here:
A. The safe diesnt work and it should
B. The noise from aome rooms can be heard so maybe the walls need soundproofing

I spent here about a week due to business reasons at the end of February/beginning of March and can only confirm the positive reviews!
The staff deserves more than 5 stars. They are not only first class in a professional sense, but also on a human level. I unfortunately broke my toe during my trip and was well looked after here. Every day I was asked how I was feeling and I was given ice to cool it down.
The rooms are very clean and the breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious.
The only negative point is the somewhat noisy rooms (you can hear louder conversations in the corridor very well).
There is a gym, but it is very minimally equipped (weight bench with barbell, treadmill, ergometer, that's it). Therefore, I would like to mention this neither positively nor negatively, just for information for anyone looking for some exercise.
All in all, however, I can recommend the hotel and would come back at any time.

From check in to check out, all spot on. Hotel is spotless. Cleaners and bar/,food staff excellent. Lovely menu choice. Bar prices a tad expensive but overall great value. Lovely pool and terrace with loungers and double sunbeds. Gym tiny. 2 machines and one weights bar. Perfect for 2 people but no more. Location high up and tricky to get to coast road as no direct road down. Very convenient to the 2 ports for cruises etc.Can encounter many steps. At the moment Palma's coast road has roadworks for many kilometres. Not impacting on this hotel as its high up. Quiet area. Not far down the coast road towards Palma are a few nice restaurants. PadThaiWok and Madras we tried and both excellent and reasonable. Taxi from airport to hotel was €23. I would definitely recommend BQ.

I will never come back
We got moved from out original booking to a different hotel when we arrived, the staff told us that we have breakfast and at the check out they asked us to pay 86€ for that, staff wasn't friendly and didn't knew how to help us, they don't care.
Also location is really bad and the hotel is old.
Don't go!!

Great location and service. It’s located in a hilly place, so consider it if you have to carry heavy luggage.
Everything was clean. The breakfast buffet was good, and the restaurant at night has plenty of options, including vegetarian ones.
