Wonderful experience overall.
The Food is immaculate and all prepared to the highest standards. No restaurant in Alcudia can compete with delicious, themed foods in Bordoy Hotel.
The rooms and facilities are five stars. Absolutely gorgeous.
And last, but not least- fantastic staff in the entire hotel, but special regards go to the restaurant/pool bar staff. Beautiful people. Will come back!

Good experience overall.
The room was clean but basic.
The food was not that interesting. You can taste that many things are store-bought.
The pool and chairs were clean.
Very good location of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.
A big shoutout to the masseuses. They did a very good job.

It's definitely not a 4-star hotel! Just returned from 7 days here. Rooms basic and cleaning during our stay was quite poor, the floors were never swept once. Beware, the walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything that goes on in the rooms next door!! Entertainment is not very good unless you like karaoke. The Beatles and Stevie Wonder tributes were to the point of being embarrassing. Food is limited in choice and sometimes inedible (lamb chops were disgusting), meaning we had to pay to eat out. I was disappointed that there is only 1 bar, which is the pool bar, so nowhere to sit and have a drink inside, never seen this in a hotel before. My main complaint was that the all-inclusive was a joke! we paid to go AI, but there were loads of other guests that weren't AI helping themselves to drinks and food all day, and the staff never challenged them. So what's the point paying to be AI if this is the case? On the positives, the hotel is in a good location, staff very friendly (reception staff not though) and reception, restaurant etc spotlessly clean.

We booked this through TUI at the time advertised as a platinum 4 star hotel - it is not a 4 star hotel nor should it be in their platinum range. It had changed owners to Bordoy since we booked so maybe it was better before but this hotel is a 3 star at an absolute push.
Food is good enough, albeit rather simple. We went out for food most nights despite being all inclusive. Entertainment is beyond dire so that was another reason for going out.
The staff are all lovely and are trying their best but they really need more colleagues to help out.
The interior is tired and in need of an upgrade, especially the corridors which are absolutely roasting! The room was OK but there's not much storage space.
There is one bar which is a pool bar and gets very busy. It would probably help if they had serve your own beer and wine taps but I guess that's a price packaging problem.
We didn't have the superior package but spoke to a couple of groups who did that said it wasn't worth it. It's just the 4th and 5th floors (same view as everyone else) with a pair of slippers thrown in by the sounds of things. There's also a designated area for superior room sun loungers which might be good because the normal sun loungers are gobbled up early on and you struggle to get them later. The actual loungers area is spacious, though!
They advertise late check out which we asked for and were told we'd need to come to reception and ask the day before checkout. We asked the day before checkout and were told we need to come ask again the next day. We came down next day albeit quite early (around 7:30am) and were told we need to come back at 8am which we did and were told it's not possible, so that was a waste of time.
Overall the hotel is OK as a base camp for going out for local food and entertainment. It's not a 4 star by any stretch.
