We have stayed here the past 4 times we have been coming to Lanzarote. The hotel is nice and clean, always see staff out on a morning and throughout the day cleaning around the communal areas. The cleaners for the rooms are very helpful and well polite. I once went out for a walk with the family and left some money on the table in the hotel room, on my return the cleaners had moved it and put it all into my bag for me so I didn't lose it. It was all there I just wish I knew which cleaner it was so I could give them my personal thanks! We always leave a tip for the cleaners on our last day and we tip a few of the restaurant/bar staff too. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!!

Very good hotel! Always entertainment on throughout the day and get the kids involved in everything too; the evening entertainment was hilarious every night! The staff were really helpful and accommodating. My brother is neurodivergent and they were really good with understanding that. Food was different every night but still had foods like hot dogs and burgers. Shops are nearby as well as a market every now and then. Rooms were really well cleaned and reception was nice and friendly and if we needed help we could ask them

It's hard to get to grips with how poor quality this hotel is. And even more shocking that this was promoted as a great place by Jet 2. Shameful. We have visited the canaries for many years and use jet 2 regular. Shocked and disappointed to say the least. Hotel is run down much more than most on the island, furniture in restaurant wouldn't be allowed in a food outlet in the UK, pool area not cleaned regularly and sofa bed in room was little more than firewood. With ill tempered staff, room quality really poor and food quality a poor standard. From the reception, the restaurant and the pool bar expect to be met with a poor attitude to almost anger at being asked to accommodate a disability. Some staff did make a great effort, but these where mainly the kids club entertainers. Great resort area and plenty within short distance with lots of great bars and restaurants. Eat out after 2nd night of dinner (all inclusive). Breakfast and lunch is palatable,but dinner is very poor. If you arrive on a Sunday, don't expect your towels or bed linen to changed more than once. Would never return to this hotel.

Had our first full day today at the resort, the service has been amazing, we are still learning but location seems OK, 10 minute walk to the square, Indian located next door, great for out late arrival. Yes rooms are a little dated, we see it as somewhere to eat and sleep only so not fussed as they are clean! Will always find something to eat, food all day, the animation team go above and beyond for the kids and really make their holiday that bit better!

This hotel is appalling to say at the very least. The rooms are disgusting as they have not been updated for a very long time. The sofa bed was falling apart and had no padding in the arms of the chair. The lamp shade was covered in stains and there were dead bugs in the extractor above the cooker. The paint is falling off the walls, literally. The back door of the room to the balcony would not shut properly and the locks had no screws in so you could not lock the door. There was not a fire blanket in the room, which had to be requested to be replaced. The air conditioning didn’t work very well and smelt of damp when it did decide to work. When all of these issues were brought to the attention of the reception me and my partner were rushed out of there for someone to clean the room and told the damage to the cupboards was due to the cold air from the air conditioning. The food is not very good and repetitive and there were cockroaches in the restaurant. The chairs within the restaurant are outdated and falling apart. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.
