If we could give more than 5 stars we would. This is absolutely the best place where we have been so far. Starting from the stunning location superb view of the Aegean sea and beautiful beaches nearby. Rooms cleaned every day, we have been served amazing food with lots of choices and entertainment was on every night after dinner. But the staff deserves a standing ovation...from the reception, shop, restaurant & kitchen, bars to the cleaners every single person went over and beyond to make our stay perfect. We have never seen a grumpy face (and working ourselves in the hospitality we know how kills this job)and we went at the end of the season which meant they all were very tired, but they all had a contagious smile on their faces. I fell in love with Greece but overall I love its people, they are the most kindest and caring persons I have ever met. I wish I could remember every single name to say thank you personally but I have a bad memory sorry. Thank you thank you. Hope you all have a well deserved break. We will surely see you again soon❤️

Had a fantastic holiday at Blue Bay Resort! Everywhere is extremely clean and well looked after. The staff are all friendly and very helpful! The food was the best I have had at an All Inclusive hotel - loads of choice at every meal and really good quality! We very rarely return to the same hotel for another holiday as usually prefer to try somewhere new but I think we will make an exception with this one. Would love to come back here as there is everything you need for a brilliant holiday! Nearest beach is only about 10 minutes walk - down quite a steep hill but as it’s not far it’s not an issue! Couple of shops and cafe bars at the beach that are really nice! Definitely recommend the Blue Bay for a lovely relaxing break 👍🏼

Just left this hotel had fabulous week here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Tony in the main bar is so welcoming and chatty and Antonio in the annex bar is charming. Great food choice and desserts too good. Spa was good. And views amazing. Plenty of space at this hotel to find a quiet spot entertainment was brilliant. Nice walk down to the beautiful beach but catch the mini bus back as it's up hill. In all a wonderful hotel with great staff. Oh and have to mention vasilis restaurant down at the bay very warm welcome and amazing food.

Me and my partner stayed here around a week ago. We arrived late at night and were greeted by smiling faces, they gave us a packed lunch and then were escorted by vehicle to the annex building with our luggage.
Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Outside our room we had a garden patio which was beautifully kept. There was also water in the fridge and a refill point just outside of our room.
The view from the hotel was out of this world, beautiful bays and beaches just a walk away. Friendly villages also. We took the bus to heraklion three times in our stay.
The food was amazing, there was something different every night and the staff were all really smiley and helpful.
From start to finish our holiday was enjoyable. Thank you to the Blue Bay Resort hotel for the lovely facilities, friendly staff, incredible views and for our amazing memories.

Fantastic week here with my Partner. Staff were lovely, food selection was out of this world and everywhere was clean.
I forgot to mention the lovely Maria who serves at the poolside bar all day. She is so happy and helpful to everyone, a real credit to your hotel. Also the lovely lady charged with cleaning our room last week ( rm 312 ) who wished me happy birthday when she saw my birthday cards in the room. Always smiling 😃
