We have just got back from 11 days at this great hotel, our family of 10, (6 adults and 4 children aged 2,4,10 and 14). Mouhcine welcomed us and was extremely kind and helpful the whole time and is a credit to the hotel. All staff were good and they provided entertainment and extras for the children every day from candyfloss, foam party, balloon modelling etc. The adult entertainment after the children's disco was brilliant with some great bands/singers. Food - what can I say just brilliant with a theme every night which was superb plus still providing freshly cooked, burgers, pasta, pizza, chips etc etc. Gala night was fabulous. The only slight negative is my son is a Celiac and not many dishes had signage which said what was gf. Only one of the Chefs spoke English he was helpful but busy too, better signage would have been better for all concerned. Pools and facilities were fabulous. Location - you can walk 20 mins to a beautiful cove but very rocky (no sand). Slippy rocks. However, if you wanted the sandy beach there was a free coach from hotel 2 days a week and into Palma 3 days a week. Also bus stop right outside hotel with Regular service. In all we had a fabulous holiday here. A big thank you all and a big thank you to Mouhcine, not sure if he was a Manager but if not I think he certainly should be!!

The Hotel was fantastic. The beds were really comfortable, always woke up refreshed after a peaceful sleep the room had great air-con too. The animation team were superb. Really made a fuss out of us and we joined in on most events. I earned the nickname "Legend" which stuck for the holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they made our holiday. Plenty of activities to do with them daily. The food was lovely too. Plenty of choice and lots of local themed dishes not just the usual pizza and chips (although you can have that too should you want it). Free WiFi throughout the hotel with adequate speeds, heated outdoor & indoor pool, The water slides were fun too. The hotel had free buses to Palma which you could pre-book, we went and thoroughly enjoyed our day. Hotel location was different, its not in the tourist-y area so no souvenir shops on your doorstep - (But I like that, the area was quiet and great walks to the rocky beach with stunning sunsets too. There was a major supermarket to the left of the hotel and on the right a small shopping centre with more smaller supermarkets, restaurants, all within walking distance) My minor critique was I felt the bars were understaffed so you would have to queue for your drinks/bar meals but not excessively. We went mid September so it was quieter I guess. I would come to this hotel again without question.

All of the personnel was very kind and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day, food was fresh and incredibly tasty. It was actually the quietest hotel we've been in! We got in peaceful sleep without disturbance. However the location is very far from the beach and the bracelets weren't working on the door on our last day, even though we have time until 12 my husband got locked out of the room

Just arrived home today. Absolutely loved this hotel. The main manager man was so so helpful he went above and beyond and if ever we had any problems he would go out his way to solve them, he spoke fluent english and was so helpful ( didnt get his name tho) as of all the other staff all very friendly and work so hard.the hotel offered fabulous food every day, with each day being different, the entertainment throughout the day was great for all ages , we had a fab foam party during the week which lasted well over an hour that was fantastic. Literally had the best time I crnt fault the hotel at all, very clean... well done best delta team 😀 from lisa, Harvey and ann room 203

Hotel Review – 6-Night Stay
We spent 6 nights at the hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, although there are a few areas that could definitely be improved.
Food:
The food was decent, though not exceptional. While the hotel tried to offer themed evenings (Italian, Mexican, etc.), in reality most dishes stayed the same every night, with only 2–3 new items added. These few special dishes would often create long queues, and portions were tiny so everyone could get a taste.
Desserts were particularly disappointing – they all tasted almost identical, just overly sweet with no distinct flavors.
Cleanliness & Staff:
The hotel was very clean, and this is definitely a big plus. Room cleaning was done daily, with towels changed as needed – much appreciated. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and willing to help – a big thumbs up for that.
Ironing Issue:
A major inconvenience was ironing. The hotel only had 3 irons available for all guests, and when I asked at the reception, all were already loaned out. There was no dedicated ironing room either, which made it impossible to iron my clothes during the stay. Definitely something the hotel should consider improving.
Drinks & Bar:
The drinks were very good, and I have to give special credit to the bartenders – they worked incredibly hard. Constantly serving guests without a break, dressed in long trousers and clearly under pressure, yet still professional and efficient. I don’t know what their pay is, but they absolutely deserve a raise.
Entertainment:
Evening entertainment was mainly focused on children. There were kids’ shows every evening outside, but once those ended, there was nothing planned for adults. It would be great if the hotel could also offer evening activities or shows for grown-ups to balance the experience.
Pool & Sunbeds:
The pool next to the hotel with the beach bar was a highlight. Plenty of sunbeds available at any time of day – no towel wars or people reserving spots early in the morning, which was refreshing to see.
Final Thoughts:
Overall, it was a positive experience. We enjoyed our stay, but with a few thoughtful improvements – especially in food variety, ironing availability, and adult entertainment – it could be even better for future guests.
