Great hotel location and friendly staff. The girl Inga at the reception was very polite and helped with all our questions. In general, the hotel staff was always ready to help, even if it was necessary to go up to another floor with us. The room is large enough with all the necessary amenities. The air conditioning worked properly, which was very necessary.
The food was a disappointment. Dry snacks and old fruit, monotonous food every day, the menu hardly changed so we just stopped eating at the hotel. All inclusive is not worth it. Cocktails are also on 3. But I think it's because the hotel itself doesn't meet the standards, the staff did everything possible to make our stay there more comfortable. That's all that is included in your all inclusive, then you will be asked to pay even for washing towels that you take to the beach. The room service was very sloppy, they forgot to clean part of the room, put new towels.

This resort wasn't my favorite for an all-inclusive experience. The beach is stunning, and our room was nice, but the food was just okay—not worth the price we paid. If you want to secure chairs by the beach, you need to get up really early. There’s about one umbrella for every two chairs, and I noticed some guests would grab multiple umbrellas for themselves, leaving others without shade.
Additionally, you have to rent beach towels, and there’s a fee if you want to exchange them for clean ones each day. Ice cream also comes with an extra charge. Since we’re not heavy drinkers, I can’t comment on the quality of the drinks. It seems odd to include alcohol in the all-inclusive package but then charge for ice cream and towels—definitely not a sound business decision.
They only provide two bottles of water at the bar unless you bring your whole family to claim more. Thankfully, we didn’t stay longer than a few days. Overall, the price you pay here doesn’t match the value you receive. There are plenty of restaurants nearby with a fun atmosphere. I’d recommend renting an apartment or choosing a hotel without the all-inclusive option. The beach is public, and you can enjoy it for much less money.

Don’t even know where to start, the hotel is a disaster. Very misleading advertisement of the hotel. The room(s) we had, the first one had dirty linen which is shown in the pictures below and not a sea view even though we paid extra for it. The second room had an only difference of clean linen this time but also not a sea view. We wanted to speak to the manager but they just send the receptionists to the their job and offer free boat trip for not providing us for what we paid,very weird. Our first night was a disaster as the night receptionist decided to give a room to the guests that just checked in at 3am in the morning to our room… again management never around in the morning to deal with invading privacy, The health and safety in this place is shocking. The food from either breakfast, lunch or dinner is awful the best thing out of all of it is the chips they give at lunch and dinner and yes you have read that right the chips!! The food is very bland most of it is from frozen even the cakes they have. The cutlery or plates are normally dirty so be ready to go through a few of those before getting a clean plate. The location is probably the best part but it shouldn’t be even written into this hotel review as the location or Cala doesn’t actually have anything to do with this hotel but yeah just a heads up and enjoy as they say.
Be prepared if you’re chucked I tot ehir other side of the hotel they do have loud music playing until 3am usually every night so if you are looking for some rest you might have to end up having a nap on the beach rather than in the actual hotel.
Oh and also be ready for no parking when you rent a car out. There is free parking on a couple streets but normally no spots free and the hotel say they have parking but when you ask they want 18 euros a night but never have space apparently.
The photos below also speak for itself so yeah thanks for an unpleasant stay and we definitely won’t be returning back to this hotel.

The worst all-inclusive hotel I've ever been to!
We booked a full sea view room, payed extra for it and that is the main reason we chose to stay in this hotel. When we arrived they gave us a partial sea view room. It took us 3 days to get a full sea view room and a lot of trips to the reception and conversations with our travel agency. The hotel staff first claimed that the room has a full sea view (you can see for yourself in the 2 photos I have attached, one with the partial sea view and the other with a full sea view). After that they claimed that that is the room that my travel agency payed for. After 2 days of talking with the hotel staff and my agency they agreed to give us a better room. THEY GAVE US A ROOM EVEN FURTHER FROM THE SEA. That is when I went to the reception and started raising my voice so that all of the clients in the reception could hear about my problem. After that in half an hour they magically found a full sea view room. By the way, there was another group of people at the reception with the same problem.
The entertainment is so bad that we preferred to either go out and pay for our drinks (we had all-inclusive at this hotel) or just stay in the balcony and enjoy the view we had to fight for.
The food is really good, a lot of variety. The location is great, right near the beach.
So my advice is that if you do not want a sea view room this is a good place to come. If you do want a sea view room definitely not as they claim that any room that has a glimpse at the sea is a full sea view room jut to take more money.
Almost forgot, they ask you for money to change your beach towels at this all inclusive. Also there are very few sunbeds so if you want to get a decent spot you must go and place your towels before 7am.

Initially, I was a bit disappointed with the room size, but the view was perfect. Although my stay was outside high sezon, the hotel was fully booked. It felt a bit crowded, especially around the swimming pools. Extra points for food. We had breakfast and dinners in the hotel price. The food quality and selection are unmatched by the other 4 star hotels I've been to!
Also, direct access to the beach adds to the sunny holiday experience. All in all - 5 stars.
