We had a lovely stay at Kalliston. We have been upgraded at first to a better view room which we much appreciated. We took the breakfast option, and it is one of the best we had so far, so many varieties! There are different pools and the beach area is very nice, we stayed often at the beach and we appreciated that there was space and people are not one on another.
The service is very great as well, staff is not too pushy.
We were at the gym as well and we can say that you have anything you want in there.
The room is spacious and the mattress quite comfortable, however the bathroom will definitely need a freshen up.
We appreciated as well the entertainment at night and the DJ in the afternoon, big up for this!
Overall, this hotel is amazing and the fact that is an adult only it is quite a plus, you can go there and enjoy calm. However, I would not say it is a 5 stars hotel.

This was one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed at. The hotel has a lot of different facilities, three pools, two beach bars, a snack bar, very comfrotable sunbeds, three restaurants, spa center etc but the best thing is that pools are very close to the beach and sunbeds are located between the beach and pools. Also, breakfast is very diverse and delicious.
The hotel has a lot of staff and every one of each is very friendly and polite. They are very attentive and are always around to make sure that we have everything we need. Almost every day in the evening, the staff would check to offer a quick room service if we need any in addition to the regular daily room cleaning. Night before our leave, the reception lady called to arrange a taxi to the airport and to offer a late check out since our flight was in the evening. Hospitality is really outstanding!

We loved our stay at Atlantica Kalliston: Rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Breakfast is elaborate and delicious. Even though the hotel was fully booked, we experienced a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed sunbathing and swimming at the poolside (especially our son who is in a wheelchair) and private beach. There was nice entertainment in the evenings and swift service at the bar, poolside and restaurant. Theodora and all other staff members made sure we were well taken care of. The location is quite convenient, you will find plenty of shops, car rentals and fine restaurants in the neighbourhood. The only downside was the noise of the traffic at night.

Atlantica Kalliston Resort - An Exceptional Stay!
We had an absolutely fantastic time at Atlantica Kalliston Resort! The customer service was truly outstanding. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their friendly and approachable demeanor created such a welcoming atmosphere.
The rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable. But what really set this hotel apart was the food. The quality of ingredients was exceptional, and the dishes were simply delicious. It was the best hotel food we've experienced in Crete by far.
We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Chania. It's a hidden gem! Special mention to the the check in lady ! (Who was exceptional) and the gentleman at concierge who made sure we all had cold bottles of water when we left the hotel for the old town today ! It’s all about the small things ! Keep it up guys ! Also do check out the Asian restaurant!

Alexandra at guest relations was amazing! She upgraded us during our honeymoon to the biggest and best suite at the resort and constantly checking on us throughout our stay. Phenomenal food and service and views. 20/10 would recommend!!
