Called Whala! now.. Great location. Rooms are dated but everything is so clean and the staff are really friendly and nice. Bus stops just outside with many routes to choose from, surrounded by bars, coffee shops and 2 x Mercodona supermarkets.

I don't know how this hotel has the high ratings it does... 1. Rooms don't have aircon, and its NEEDED in the 30+ degree heat. I was so sleep deprived and dehydrated that I debated going down to the beach and sleeping outside! You can rent an aircon box from them, but the audacity to use that to con more money out of guests is a joke. You have to have your door wide open for a bit of a breeze through which isn't ideal when you've got your belongings out in the open for anyone to walk in and take. 2. Rooms are dirty and in desperate need of TLC. The maids do a great job and hats off to them for it, but the rooms are lacking. 3. EVERYTHING in this hotel is used as a threat for a fine. Don't speak loud, don't have fun, don't switch the TV on in case it breaks, don't let your child play with a floatie by the pool, or you'll be fined hundreds of euros. We wound up leaving after a few days and going to another hotel for the last week of our holiday. Never in my life have I had to do that, and I've stayed in some really questionable places before. I wasn't expecting much but I expected to be comfortable at the very least.

Fabulous for a holiday, you're in las Americas but a short walk from Los Cristianos, the pool area is excellent & prices at the bar very reasonable! The bartender (Tom?) Very attentive & always smiling, lovely guy! & a bit of eye candy 😂I'd definitely come back.

Lovely quiet friendly hotel, all staff friendly and welcoming. Brilliant bar service and food, been here a week now and already feels like home. Lovely complex to stay for christmas and newyear. Thank you whala!

Myself and my friend had a fantastic holiday. The hotel suited our needs perfectly. We chilled by the pool and ate at the pool bar with no complaints whatsoever. We would both definitely return.
